Their responses have been prompt, we were able to get an appointment in an entirely reasonable time frame, and we were even called the day before to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time, found our tank quickly, got it opened, pumped, inspected, and closed back up in maybe an hour. They even did a nice job restoring the lawn as much as possible. We found out that they are deeply committed to the environment and pay to take their sewage to the treatment plant in Elmira, unlike another local company which used to dump it directly into an area creek and now spreads it directly on an open field. We learned SO MUCH about what helps and hurts the functioning of a septic system, and all this with good humor and grace. So thrilled to find an ethical business that actually wants TO DO BUSINESS instead of giving excuses! We would never consider using another company.

The woman I talked to in the office was very professional and said she would definitely send a crew to fix this. It took a couple of hours before they came, but this was actually quite fast as all of their crews were engaged on other projects. The two that came to the house were terrific. They quickly figured out the problem and commenced to replace the sump pump. After a successful installation, they monitored the pump to insure it was was doing exactly what they thought it should be doing. I was extremely happy with the service provided. He called me to tell me that he wouldn't come to the sight to pump out our septic for what the home warranty service was going to pay him. I told him that's between him and the home warranty people, not him and I. He refused to understand that and kept coming at me for the funding issue.
