I had found a program that would help me through a 1% interest loan that I would repay, and Hess's was willing to work with the program. They provided me with a new estimate so I could submit it to the loan company, and now, just two weeks later, I have a brand-new well! Oh and the price was lower then the estimate, so thats less out of pocket. From start to finish, they have been professional, efficient, caring, and incredibly helpful.
