There are affordable options, higher end ones, and carpets you can have custom cut and bound for your needs. There were traditional oriental designs, modern prints, and some oddballs that didn't quite belong. What was kind of cool is this store allows you to put a deposit down and take a rug home for a couple days to see if it works in your space. They also have a fair return policy for the same reason. If I had to buy a rug in the Tampa Bay area, I would hit this place up first. The guy here was way friendlier (and less desperate for a commission) than the one we ran into at the Macy's furniture place down on Gandy.

Very similar to many other negative reviewers here, a rug was picked up from their home and a quote to repair and clean it was given. The handwriting was very sloppy, so it was difficulty to decipher what the different service charges represented. The total bill was very steep (maybe not for this service?), so my parents told the owner to just wash it and not repair it. When the rug was returned it had been repaired and washed, regardless of what was agreed upon. The owner said "he couldn't see this rug not get repaired", so he did it anyway and then gave a "discount" from the original total price. He even said that they didn't haavvvvve to pay it, but my parents are good honest people and thought he should be paid now that the work had been done, even though they knew they were being duped. I'm only giving two stars here because the rug appears to be cleaned well, otherwise I would have left one star. I can't speak for the repairs, because I can't see what was done (other than a leather strip around the edges, which I don't think it needed), but 2k to clean/repair one rug?!

It was a great find, and I knew it would get picked up immediately, so I wanted to make sure that they held them for me while I shopped around as they were too big to fit in a cart. I urged the associate to do more than just place a sticky note on it that says "CSS" (customer still shopping) and at minimum take my name if she's unwilling to place behind the 2 ottomans behind the counter like I had requested. She assured me not to worry, and that both will be available to purchase when I go to checkout. Well guess what?! They ended up selling both of the ottomans I had put on hold while I was shopping! The associate didn't even apologize and the manager wasn't willing to lift a finger to make it better. I was so upset I ended up cancelling my transaction for the other items I had shopped for and left. Do NOT trust these associates to actually hold your items, even when you urge them to take more info/action. The least that should've been done was offering a discount on the other products I was planning to purchase (I even asked the manager, and she said "no" and was equally as unapologetic as the associate who was supposed to hold my items).
