Stay away from IVAN at all cost he's a scammer I had a really frustrating experience with this mechanic and would not recommend them. I initially paid to have my brakes and rotors replaced, && multiple issues that never got fixed !!!!!!!!! but shortly after, I was still hearing loud squealing and noticing issues while driving. When I took it to another mechanic, they found that the job was not done properly -- including stuck pins and uneven wear that should have been addressed the first time. I ended up having to pay again to fix what should have already been done correctly. That's not just inconvenient, it's expensive and unsafe. Brakes are critical, and cutting corners or missing important details puts people at risk. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the quality of work just wasn't there. If you're considering this shop, I'd strongly suggest getting a second opinion before trusting them with something as important as your vehicle's safety. O NOT TRUST -- STAY AWAY FROM ADIDAS AUTOMOTIVE BAKERSFIELD (Weibel Rd) I normally do not write reviews, but after dealing with Adidas Automotive multiple times, I feel obligated to warn others. This shop is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and takes advantage of customers who trust that work is being done correctly. Over the course of working with him, I brought in three different vehicles: * My wife's 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman * My son's BMW 335 Diesel * My 1972 Chevy Chevelle Mini Cooper: He charged me $1500 claiming he fixed the issue, but all he did was temporarily reset the engine codes without ever addressing the real problem. He never even changed the oil as promised. The codes came right back after I left the shop. BMW 335 Diesel: He claimed he repaired the DEF system issue, but the problem was never fixed. The same codes are still showing up on the car. I have documentation and photos of the codes that prove the issue was never resolved after his "repair." 1972 Chevelle: He told me he replaced the throttle cable. Instead, he attached a cheap spring and claimed the job was done. I trusted him as a mechanic and took his word, only to find out later the part was never replaced. The final time I brought the car in, it took him over two weeks just to supposedly change a simple throttle cable -- which was NEVER actually done. This man charges outrageous prices for work that either: * Isn't done * Is done incorrectly * Is temporarily patched to make you believe it's fixed He will tell you everything is good just to take your money, knowing full well he hasn't actually fixed the problem. His shop is disorganized, his communication is poor, and his business ethics are non-existent. He takes advantage of people who trust that the work being done is legitimate. I highly recommend you stay far away from Adidas Automotive. He is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and will leave you worse off than when you started. I would never take another vehicle to him again, and I strongly advise anyone considering using his services to look elsewhere. You will save yourself a lot of money, time, and headaches. read more

The secretary was very helpful with assisting me with the finance program, and Ivan was very respectful and thorough with explaining what was wrong with my car. My family night broke down 150 miles from home on a Sunday. It was 95° and we had three kids hot and grumpy in the backseat. I called dozen shops and Addison is the only one open he was about to go home but he stayed and waited for us and the tow truck for over an hour. He fight to get the belt on and fight and fight and eventually I had to help him because it was such a tough job.It took about an hour and a half to get it done. As we were leaving I asked him how much we owed him. And he said nothing. You can't pay me it's for the kids. I actually cried I was so thankful!! The nicest man in Bakersfield and our hero. read more
