The woman who owns this store is overbearing and rude. I have purchased 2 purses from her and a few other things for my daughter. I stopped in last week to purchase a wallet I had my eye on, but decided against the color. I put the wallet back in its proper place and said thank you have a nice day. She had the audacity to accuse me of stealing the wallet. I will never be back and make it my mission to spread the word to anyone and everyone not to support her store. read more

The female owner of this store needs to get a grip. When I would not accept two cards for future discounts by saying no thank you - she got mad and said 'I feel sorry for you". I told her she didn't need to feel sorry for me. She said you need to leave my store and never come back. I told her i definitely would not be back. This was honestly such a cute boutique, absolutely everything. Decided to buy opal earrings at what seemed to be a very reasonable price of $40. Walking out of the store, looking into my bag I noticed the back was alittle bent but nothing crazy! So I took off the back and went to take them out of the packaging and went to put them in my ear but as soon as I took them out the stud earrings broke in two pieces. Very disappointed because they were beautiful and so looking forward to wearing them so I tried to call the boutique, to see if I could exchange them. Three calls, no answer. So I drove back to the store and explained what happened to the owner and she explained that not only she wouldn't give me a discount on another pair but she was completely ill manners on the entire situation insinuating I was angling this purchase just to bash the store. I explained my intention wasn't to not be able to wear the earring I bought or to create a disagreeable conversation but after starring at her for 10 minutes bickering about nonsense I decided to leave the store disgruntle and continuing my purchases elsewhere. I don't need to support a business that tells me I'm a liar because I 'bent' the earrings and doesn't stand by the quality of their craftsmanship. read more
