Kevin took the time to thoroughly educate us on all the options and process of converting to gas's. He walked us through the burner types, log options as well as add ons with no pressure. He also gave us a great recommendation for a plumber to run the gas pipe (JLM aid Bayshore). Kevin was so accommodating and we'll coordinated, we were able to get everything installed in one day (plumbing, burner install and log set up). Matt, the installer, was excellent! He installed the burner, set up the logs and embers and provided us with detailed instructions for running and maintaining the new fireplace.
