They have small LCD TV's at the class room doors so you know what course is taking place in the rooms, they even have a sleek looking server setup on the 3rd floor. Initially I thought, "Wow this place is going to have some cool computers to play with." I'd have to describe this place as a pig with lipstick! It looks beautiful and initially you feel like it's a great thing but when you finally sit down to a computer you soon realize your computer is outdated by like 10 years! Computers were at 1GHz processing with 1GB of RAM and for those not tech savvy yes it means its a slow computer when modern PC's are sporting at least 3GHz processors. Poor performing computers will be obvious when you do simple tasks & computer pauses for 15 seconds. Aside from the crap equipment the teachers are not bad. I took two courses and one instructor was fabulous and the other instructor was below average almost missing topics to go over just when he was about to dismiss us. Several people pointed out the missing topics. If they charged less for classes I'd recommend but based on overall value I would not recommend this place unless your employer would reimburse you for it.

My intake was taken by them and was told they would call me back when they had time. I followed up with them a month later. Was told I was toward the bottom of the list. Told to call back. I did today. They claimed they called me 3 times and I never responded. They closed my file and I was told nothing can be done. I don't have a record of a phone call or a message from that number. I'm now giving intake to be placed at the bottom of the list. They are lucky I'm not in dire need of help. This organization doesn't seem to care about others mental health.

After a couple bouncing around we landed with the best therapist hands down feels like we hit the lotto. My son was pair with a man named Casey. Very respectful, approachable and educated. For the almost 2yrs of been there. I must commend that therapist and thank him publicly. They are not all bad people. Casey goes above and beyond for patients. I really love how they offer both in person sessions and virtual. And his way of working with my son doesn't change. My daughter was paired with Sasha but had to be changed due to a medical leave and now has Elan. Both ladies have been great also. Oh but wait the icing on the cake is the front desk there is two that out shine for my family. I believe the names are Janet and Eileen (hopefully spelled it right) These two are always so welcoming always have a smile on their face and greet you with respect and very loving. Things were great until there was a problem: *A flood from a pipe *false fire alarm going off a few times in a month *heater breaking in the winter (it's day 4 and it's not fixed yet) *office closes earlier than a typical work day, so if it's after 4 or so, no one is there. *maintenance may or may not come. If they don't, they may erase service request so it looks like you never put a ticket in *some times you get unprofessionalism when you contact the office *more times then not, the service team half asses a job and it looks like hell.
