I have worked alongside Family Tree for quite a few years now referring my clients/patients to those that need care coming into their home either for a short period of time up to 24 hours a day for several months. I worked very closely with Cheryl who goes above and beyond doing assessments with the patient and working with their entire Family tree team and getting all the care that our clients need. Cheryl and her team have never left me astray always on time and my families are super pleased with the care that is provided. I give them all a five star thank you Cheryl for doing all that you do for my clients. Brenda Dever-Armstrong, CEO/Owner/CSA/Getiatric Advisor The Next Horizon

This does not work well when the family member responsible for the resident tries to schedule service in order to travel. It does not matter how good the caregivers are, if the family member cannot get confirmation of service, they either have to risk not getting service or cancel their travel. My loved one is too important for me to take that risk. I fired Family Tree after my third time having communication challenges.

I'm a pharmacist I know). They don't bathe her like they should or make her brush her teeth and keep giving her sugar and crap instead of nutritious meals.Wonder why she eats like a horse when I go to visit her.Quit sitting on your asses and do your job or find another. What the hell is this company hiring? Training..... appears non-existent.This is Synergy Wisconsin to be clear Waushara county. Its bad when you know the other caretakers are commenting on the shitty ones your parent is paired with.Get it together or get a lawsuit.Certain caretakers should be paid less,Than the superior ones.Do your job ! Follow the plan.My mom had several falls because of lazy incompetence.Oh I guess I should post a photo of the caretaker sleeping in the chair snoring with her arm hanging down when we came back from the grocery.Hope she didn't miss my moms calls ( and quit lying). When we go to visit they think they can shirk their duties and are more interesting in what we r doing than what they should be doing.Piss poor people do your JOB!Tired of feeding them too.

I was never informed about some of these "safety" issues that are easily fixable. These issues were never brought up when an LVN accessed our house and my husbands needs. He is a quadriplegic who needs a breather to live. The job is difficult and I believe these fixable "safety" issues were a smokescreen for the real reason the company wanted to terminate. Disappointed that the issues were not presented to us in writing with a timeframe to complete the changes. I would not recommend this company because they are not willing to work with clients to correct fixable problems.

We couldn't have done it without help from Sisters Care!…read more Our mother broke her ankle and needed inpatient rehab after the surgery to repair it. She is also in stage 5 Alzheimer's dementia and had a very bad reaction to the anesthesia used during the surgery; a very common side effect for those with dementia. Family members and friends were by her side all day and evening, but we didn't have anyone who could be there at night. Mom was having extremely vivid nightmares and would be very upset when she woke up in the middle of the night disoriented and feeling an urgent need to get out of bed and run away! Sisters Care from The Village at Incarnate Word provided the overnight coverage for us. The "angels" who helped Mom were able to reorient and help her to calm down so she could go back to sleep. They also kept her from walking on her broken ankle before it was sufficiently healed. I wish I could mention each of our caregivers directly.... I waited far too long to submit this review and have forgotten the names, but not the kindness, peace of mind, respite and quality care they gave our family and friends so we could be there to support Mom! #homecare #inhomecare #qualitycare #seniorcare #SistersCareCaregiving #TheVillageAtIncarnateWord
