They have a very nice menu for both mom and dad, they can even order snack food between meals! The ward is very secure starting with the check in at lobby and security doors on the floor. For the rest of my stay I was questioned about anxiety over and over again. They even sent a psychiatrist to talk to me about anxiety. I was even prescribed medication for anxiety. I was not listened to. I came in with soaring high blood pressure that started turning into a small headache. They kept giving me tylenol, which I know doesn't help me at all and I told them so but it fell on deaf ears. The headache turned into a full blown migrane. I literally had to scream at the nurse to get me something for migranes on my second day of stay after two hours of waiting for her to return with it. Most of the equipment is broken. The blood pressure machines hardly worked. They ended up leaving a functioning one in my room since my problem was blood pressure. The room was filthy. The sheets were only changed once after three days and only because I requested it. The cleaning person then came in with a giant flat mop and swept/pushed all the dirt and my hair into the bathroom where the piles remained after I left. At one point while I was in the bathroom, someone came in and started making the room up for a new patient. My experience was disastrous.

The rib injury made even the smallest of movements with my left arm very painful, while the whiplash severely restricted movement in my neck. I was taking several Vicodin a day, and my orthopedic doctor wrote me a prescription for physical therapy. Having never done it before, I went in not knowing what to expect, but I am so glad I did. I had Rene as my therapist, who is super friendly and really knows his stuff. He explained all of the different exercises to me, and changed them up so that nothing felt stale. After a few sessions, I was able to stop taking the Vicodin, and the more sessions I did, the easier it became to move more freely. He focused more on my neck at first so I could turn from side to side better. As for the rib, I soon regained more movement on my left side, which I had learned to keep still for fear of triggering the pain. And that was a great thing, because I'm a lefty! While it didn't get rid of the pain completely (the only thing that heals a broken rib is time), it certainly helped me move a bit easier. Rene gradually pushed me farther and farther along into recovery, and I am all the better for it. I know enough now that I can do exercises at home or at the gym to continue strengthening myself now that my sessions are almost over. I really will miss the massage at the end though... it truly made all of the hard work during the session totally worth it! I'm going to miss Rene and Cassandra (the receptionist, who shares my love of Friends reruns on TBS), who create a comfortable and relaxed environment for their patients. I definitely am indebted to them for working with my difficult schedule and bringing me back to health :)

Chris, Justin, Pat, Jorge, and Will are excellent. They are all very knowledgeable and kind. Patty always tries to accommodate my appointments to fit my schedule. I can't recommend them enough. If you are on the fence and need to get back to feeling your best, I highly recommend Jaguar and the exceptional staff.

My mom used to go here, and they also came highly recommended by some of my friends who are pretty sporty. It's been about three weeks of working with the team at Jaguar and everyone is great. While it seems typically you'll have at lead PT, mine is Christian, they all work together to help the clients reach their best. I've worked with Justin and Danny too and they have all made me feel comfortable and keep me educated on what's going on and how I can get better. Patty and Will in the front are super friendly too, as well as the PTs in training Cecil and Alex. The space is clean, the staff is attentive, and they have great equipment. They also offer acupuncture and chiropractor services, too. Each session takes about an hour, and what I like best is they truly take their time to make sure you're getting the most out of each session. While I don't wish the need to go to Physical therapy on anyone, Jaguar Therapeutics is definitely a great option if you are in that place. They have multiple locations, too. As for price - I'm sure it varies from insurance to insurance, but with my insurance each session is just $15 which makes this super affordable and well worth it! TY Jaguar Therapeutics fam. Feels good to be on the mend!
