Hi Kevin & Anthony, I have honestly evaluated this as fairly as I can and believe this is a true account of the sales processes we worked through? I have simplified the verbal and contractual negotiations to present the major points of differences. If you feel ANY of the information is inaccurate please amend. The only way this does not hit the media is when you refund me the full amount owed $1100. I'm not talking about a little blog you can easily get rid of. 1, I did sign an agreement for Adapitify to load an application on my behalf to the Australian government for a grant of $10,000. And paid a $1100 service fee ( I have an email contract to prove this) But not the terms and condition Adaptify requested I sign! 2, The day after Kevin informed me he required me to sign off by 11.00 am that day (so a day late) 3, However, I did sign the next day when Anthony (sale rep I was dealing with 90% of the time) HE asked me to sign - stating he needed to get onto it, to make the deadline that day. 4, The ONLY reason I did not sign the day before was the clause written into the Adaptify T & C's that allowing then to invoice you immediately after you have signed the contract for the total amount of the works you have contracted them to do! Be warned this is a huge mistake to sign their generic T & C's 5, Now the fun starts - Kevin from Adapitifyt did not load my application in time - the government grant site closed during the application, we were doing this together and started the application 7 minutes before the deadline. I did a similar application for my wife's company that took me 20 minutes and I knew all the answers! 6, Now Adaptify have refused to pay my service deposit back to me - declaring it was my fault and that they have incurred cost to prepare the application (3 hours) Even tho the time frame between when I signed and the cutoff date was 6 hours and the preparation only took 3 hours. 7, Now don't forget to consider I had an application completed online myself, just waiting for an invoice. If this had of been approved this would have saved my company 10k in advertising cost. Now it is to late and my business has missed this opportunity, Google will cease advertising my product in June and so future grants will be worthless to me - Adaptify did present the only advertising option as Adwords and I agree. 8, Kevin and Anthony still believe I caused them to miss the application deadline and are not returning my calls. BEWARE!! DO NOT USE ADAPTIFY , WE ARE WEB, BELONG DIGITAL, 247 DIGITAL in Abbotsford! I wouldn't normally leave a negative review but after having extremely unpleasant dealings with this agency, I thought it is only fair to warn everybody of their deplorable behaviour. No doubt they will try to discredit this review, as they do with every other, but rest assured it is legitimate as are all the other negative reviews that they claim to be fake. I'm certain you can read between the lines and make your own mind up as to how this agency operates and behaves. Please do your research, they are bad news and you will regret signing up with them! Do not rely solely on their Google reviews, also check other review sites. I will also be sharing a public Facebook post which will hopefully go viral, warning all business owners of how this agency operates. - They couldn't complete a simple site migration, which left us with no website and web generated leads for an extended period of time. - We lost thousands of dollars within a short period, due to their incompetence. Even when the site was running, the forms weren't functioning correctly and the site was full of bugs that weren't present prior. - Very poor marketing and SEO - spammy backlinks, poor quality blogs that aren't even proofread with many errors (including spelling of company name 9 times in one blog!), no reporting to show what has been completed. - Jeremy threatened to take legal action if we slander them, but were more than happy to slander other agencies and individuals that they didn't even know (paranoid because that's exactly how they operate). - They spent more resources in being malicious and removing our previous work and backlinks than the effort they actually put into our campaign. Even notified other sites that we were no longer in business. - They don't return important emails or calls but are happy to SMS you between 10pm - 11:30pm with poor excuses and explanations. Numerous harassing calls and emails to sign you up and then nothing at all. - Asked twice about building a new site, didn't hear from them for over 1 week. Once we did hear back, Alexandra once again gave us a miserable excuse as to why there was a lack of communication. - They kept commenting on how they should be charging extra for the amount of time they have spent fixing our site, when they were the cause of all the issues in the first place. - They would routinely read our confidential emails (This is a fact as they would repeat several of them to us - word for word). Nothing to do with tracking leads either. Total breach of privacy and confidentiality. - They go out of their way to poach clients from their ex-employer. Even use other agencies contracts with their details still on them, apart from trying to ruin your business they even steal other agencies intellectual property. - Constantly changing trading names as they burn bridges with clients.. belong digital, 247 digital, we are web, adaptify are all the same cowboys! They haven't been around as long as they say either. - They even had the nerve to try and chase us for additional funds after being so dodgy and malicious. - AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR, CHOOSE A REPUTABLE DIGITAL AGENCY. - Our current agency had the site migrated in 30mins with no downtime or adverse side effects whatsoever. - Our current agency is also very transparent as to where your monthly spend is going, with detailed reports. - Our current agency provide quality content writing, links etc. The results speak for themselves. - Our current agency also gives you full control over what is rightfully yours, for total peace of mind. read more
