Awful experience with this company. I contacted directly the head of King Kong Sabri Suby and he proved to be unethical, indecent, rude and unreasonable. He refused to refund me for a purchase I made that they never delivered and he blocked me. Now I am dealing with the credit card to get my money back. Edit: I placed an order for a book and they never sent it over. I asked them for a refund and Sabri Ruby was very uncooperative, he asked me for information that he already had and he blocked me. After I posted this review Jess Delahunty, General Manager of King Kong Marketing contacted me asking me to remove this review, which I did not do. As they continue to ignore my refund request I was forced to contact my credit card to dispute the charge. Today Jess Delahunty emailed me again saying that he received the dispute and that he would refund me after I removed my review on Google. It sounds to me that that is completely unethical, the least, and perhaps illegal. I will explore other channels now to make this company refund me. read more

My sales rep is/was Blake Silver. He signed me up for the King Kong Quantum Growth program. What he closed me on was the fact that the billing was not automatic withdrawal. Fast forward a month I received an email from the company stating insufficient funds. I was shocked that they went on to charge my card again. I didn't expect this. It wasn't what I was led to believe. If this had been clearly explained, I would have signed up. I immediately emailed, asking for them not to charge the card again. I can't afford it. All of this occurred over this past Christmas, so I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone until January. Now, I'm being told by my sales rep that he didn't say what he told me. He told me that he would reach out the his boss and that he (his boss) would contact me. I reached out this morning and Blake told me his boss said that they unfortunately cannot grant me a refund. I'm not asking for a refund of the initial purchased, I used that product. I'm asking that the second charge that I clearly requested not have been made be returned to me. My experience with KingKong was terrible and me with a bad taste in my mouth. My company spent $60,000 with KingKong and made less than $15,000 over a 12 month period. This was not what I was led to believe. In our experience, it's a well-marketed company, but absolutely mediocre to less than average in its delivery. Don't be fooled by their promises or their "hundreds of satisfied customers". There are businesses that almost closed shop due to the incompetent delivery of this company. - "we don't use vanity metrics, only true ROI, and only charge for success.." - "we have skin in the game to get you the best possible results" - "if we don't deliver on what we promise, we simply don't get paid" - "we'll guarantee results..." They do not guarantee results, they don't deliver what they promise and at the end of the day, when your business is failing thanks to their fees and playing loose with your ad spend, they will find a way to place the responsibility on you. read more
