I signed up before they remodeled, and I was really surprised by how dirty and disorganized everything was. I even decided to cancel my membership, but then I saw a sign saying they were going to remodel, so I thought I'd give it another chance. Unfortunately, even after the remodel, nothing really changed. The place still feels dirty, the napkin dispensers are always empty, and the sauna is actually hotter outside than inside. On top of that, customer service hasn't been great -- staff are usually on their phones and don't even look up when you ask for help. This company really needs better management that actually cares about cleanliness and customer experience.

First of all she sets a great example as she herself is tremendously disciplined about her diet and fitness and is strong and in great shape herself. She is a good task master but not to the point of being obnoxious, she is a nice person. Our workouts were always varied and included strength training mixed with high intensity type stuff that elevated my heart rate. And it was a full solid hour so you always felt like you got a lot done. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone trying to get stronger and in shape.

I was able to keep up with legs and arms, but my core was on fire. I do find it takes more coordination than reformer pilates as well. U did enjoy it and I think it's an effective workout. Check-in was a breeze, and the studio itself is so cute. The class room is spacious, aesthetic, and I loved the wall detail. I took Elauq's class and really enjoyed her teaching style, although she announced at the end that it was her last day teaching there, such a bummer. Overall, despite the parking situation, this is a studio I would absolutely recommend. I loved the space and I'm looking forward to trying other instructors.

That's a plus! We had a class at 10:30am in the morning. The inside looks small but there's two bathrooms, which is nice and it's separated from the class. For your first class, the rental is free. After that, you have to pay a small fee. We did the glutes class and that consists of switching between the stair master and the floor workouts. The instructor will give instructions to let you know what to do! Super helpful to follow along. At the end of the class, you get eucalyptus towels. My favorite part!! They placed it outside instead of handing it out. Would feel nice to have them hand it out. Overall, would love to come back but it's kind of far for me. Until next time.

I love the flexible class schedules, the clean and well kept studio and best of all, the instructors and staff! AKA the Trim Tribe! I've done all types of workouts and love Lagree! And like that I can change things up with climb. Definitely recommend!! Absolutely love this place! I'm addicted. The instructors are knowledgeable and super friendly. Lagree has transformed my body and mind and my back and joints no longer hurt. Definitely recommend! Proud to be part of the Trim Tribe!
