I assumed I would need to bring my broken chair to him but no, James came out to my home, evaluated the problem, took the chair back to his workshop where he repaired it beautifully. Additionally he refinished the feet so they look like new and made sure all four, not just the two that were broken, were in pristine condition. I was given a March 2022 delivery date. More than a month after placing the order and paying the deposit, the sales person called me and said the sofa leather was discontinued. At that point I had already ordered a rug and coordinating chairs making it difficult to choose a replacement. Why didnt the sales rep confirm the leather color at the time of deposit??? When March 2022 came the sales rep called me saying there was a delay until April. In fact there were multiple other delays and the sofa was not delivered until August 2022 The sales rep never bothered to proactively call me with updates. Each time I had to call her after multiple missed delivery dates Additionally the sofa was initially delivered with a broken electric part for the reclining seat. Finally when the chairs were in, more than 1 year after ordering I called the store and asked for a discount for the second delivery charge and the lack of information. The extremely rude owner called and tried to say we're not going to sell you the chairs now, even though I had a sales contact and paid a deposit for the chairs. Unbelievable!! He finally agreed to deliver the chairs but said he wasn't going to handle any warranty issues even though that's the stores responsibility according to the manufacturer. Save yourself a lot of hassle buy from somewhere else!

When I asked him how long it would take, he said he thought about two weeks, but that he couldn't tell me exactly until a few days AFTER I placed my order and paid for it. So, I paid, then waited for a week before calling him for a delivery date. He did not answer my call. I left a message. He did not call me back. I sent him an email. He did not respond. I tried again daily for two weeks. Still no response. Finally, I told him I was going to cancel my order if I didn't hear from him by the next day. He sent me an email back and said my order would be shipped "next week." I called and emailed him again, asking for a delivery date. Still no response. It is now two weeks later, and I still have not received my order, so I sent him an email to cancel the order and contacted my credit card company, as well. I learned something from this experience. When placing an order online for a large amount of money, it is a good idea to look for reviews of the company. Had I checked the Better Business Bureau first, I would have seen another customer's review that had the same problem in June. This company seems to take your money and doesn't ship the product. So, I hope that this review saves someone else the hassle of dealing with an unethical business.

So called them multiple times. No answer, so I left a message. No one called back. The next day I called again multiple times. No answer, so I left a message. The next day, I called again. No answer, so I just went to the store. The same guy I dropped off the vacuum with explained that they've been swamped and he's by himself, but the vacuum should be ready early the following week. I called mid-week the following week and no answer. I didn't bother leaving a message. I called again at the end of the week. No answer again. So I just went back to the store. Same guy gave the same explanation - swamped and by himself, but that it should be ready next week. He's had our vacuum for over 2 weeks at this point, and at this point I just decided to take the vacuum back and bring it elsewhere. I understand getting behind due to a backlog and being short staffed, but WHERE IS THE COMMUNICATION? Where is the professional courtesy of returning the phone call of an active customer? Disappointed because I liked this place. They do good work and are close by.
