Mate, The customer service was wicked, whatever I asked they would answer to the best of their abilities and lets just say that they are experts in this business. They offer infinite and free cleans for jewellery and it is a family owned business that you should love to support. The inside is so peaceful, calming modern yet traditional at the same time. They provide good mirrors for you to look that and YES,YES,YES,YES they really good and I love them. If you dont get my point, this place is great and I fully recommend. It's down a nice quiet little street. Inside the shop it's very modern with lots of well lit glass cabinets. The majority of the jewelery in the shop is white gold and it is all quite modern or has a modern twist to it. My favourite thing in the shop is the Pandora bracelets - it's where I go to get all my charms from it and I always get comments about it! The staff are very helpful in here and will go out of their way to help you ( I even had a charm specially made for me as they didn't do what I wanted). It's not cheap but it is fantastic quality!

The staff have…read morealways been helpful, even when they can't provide what i'm looking for - one example - I needed a necklace that a friend had seen in their catalogue, and I needed it quickly! The sales assistant phoned round all the stores in London for me to see if she could find it and said if they had it she would get her husband (who worked in London) to fetch it and bring it back to the shop for us (she obviously sensed our desperation!). Unfortunately no stores had it, but it was a lovely gesture! The shop is quite large and very light and spacious, there is always more staff than customers in this branch - even though it is located very centrally in Bedford. They often have a good stock of sale items in here.
