I've know this family for nearly 20 years and worked for them for several years as well. They are…read morewonderful people who takes pride in their business but more so pride in their customers satisfaction. They allow their florists to have their own creativity and create bonds with their customers. If there are 5 florists there is 5 unique styles. A customer my gravitate more to 2 of their styles while the next customer my gravitate more toward the other three as an example which is something that I think is amazing out of a shop because a cookie cutter floral shop doesnt allow creativity for the florist and if you don't get to use your creativity and passion in your work the outcome suffers. This creativity allows something for everyone to love when they shop for flowers but the florists are always creative and trained to where they can all create the masterpiece that you pick from a book as well. The owners are hardworking people who I'm glad to have known and become friends with. Another thing about Cundiff's is if you are ordering flowers from out of town your flowers will be made with the same quality and passion as if you were a local. There are flower shops who will cheat a customer who they think will never be the wiser. Cundiff's Flowers florists knows every customer is important and any customer may see the work even when ordered from out of town or out of state and they put their name on that piece and want to be proud of it. I know this from first hand experience! That's why I can boast so loudly about this place because I know the kind of people that owns this shop they don't look at you as employees and customers but they look at you as friends!

I cannot say enough good things about Jeannie's Flowers. Absolutely wonderful service throughout a…read moredifficult situation. I was out of the country and needed to arrange funeral flowers in an area I was unfamiliar with. To make matters more challenging, I was having difficulty viewing arrangements online, and the region was experiencing severe weather. The funeral home had even warned the family that the graveside service might need to be postponed if temperatures dropped low enough for the ground to freeze. From the moment I called, I was treated with kindness and patience. The young woman who answered the phone was delightful. She explained that she was new, but she carefully relayed all of the information to the owner and made sure every detail was understood. Because I couldn't easily view arrangements online, they took the time to discuss flower selections, colors, and design options over the phone. I provided a budget range, and rather than simply charging the maximum amount, they billed me right in the middle of that range, which I felt was both honest and considerate. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and genuine care. Knowing I was out of the country and that the service date was uncertain due to weather, they offered to contact the funeral home directly before delivery to confirm whether the service was proceeding as planned. If it was postponed, they would hold the arrangement and ensure fresh flowers were delivered on the correct day. Everything was handled exactly as promised. The arrangement arrived on time, the flowers were fresh and beautiful, and my family reported that it was absolutely stunning. During a difficult time, Jeannie's Flowers provided exceptional customer service, professionalism, and compassion. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing flowers for a funeral, special occasion, or any event where quality and reliability matter. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier! Appreciate your kindness!

For some reason I was overwhelmed by an exact picture in my head, of the casket spray I hoped to display. I am not creative and have no real artsy talents, however, I sent a couple of pictures (not really like what I wanted but in part) and explained colors and kinds of flowers I wanted included. We talked/texted back and forth a little. When I walked in to the funeral home and saw their beautiful creation my heart was filled with joy. It was EXACTLY as I had pictured/hoped. I felt as though my son's very spirit was there with us in that spray and it was just so very comforting. I noticed also, that other arrangements that friends and family sent from Creative Touch had the similar flowers, style and colors. I am so very thankful that this business is in our town.
