Let's start with they found the truck bed I needed and the price was average, and that will be the last positive thing I have to say about it, I was sent pics of the bed, showed surface rust which could have been cleaned up, I specifically asked for someone to go physically look at it, and tell me that it was in good shape, I was told it was in good shape as pics showed, so I said ship it out, when it arrived at the shop there were three support ribs broken, pics did not show and I was not told about, there was soft spots in multiple places, the rust was a lot worse then shown, I asked the shop was it worth fixing or not, they told me find a new bed it was in worse shape than the one I had, a lot of damage and soft spots and more rust than the pics were showing, I should have been told about those and was not, then they ordered from another yard and I was never told about it I was led to believe they had it on their property, then when I shipped it back it only got worse, it took 2 1/2 weeks to get a refund, that is when I found out it came from another yard, I was told, they were waiting for the place they shipped it back to, to get their refund before I got that money back, then I also found out the shipping went up without my knowledge, it increased by 115.00 I should have been told about, their communication is the worst I have ever dealt with, they lie claim they told u about something they did not I saved the entire conversation on text and nowhere was I told the shipping increased, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT THEY LIE NON STOP HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, AND IN GENERAL HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH read more
