He is very cost-effective and conscientious about keeping costs under control without ever compromising quality or integrity. RJF brings an old-school mentality in the best sense--smart, hardworking, and detail-oriented, making sure every "T" is crossed and every "I" is dotted. The crew was well managed, professional, and demonstrated strong work ethics with consistent attention to quality. Robert has deep knowledge of all facets of concrete finishes and applications, passed down through this second-generation family business. Trust, ethics, and standards are extremely high, and he made sure the finished product was nothing short of perfect. The job was well planned and executed, even under difficult weather conditions. In summary, I would confidently recommend RJF Concrete Construction for all concrete, masonry, and architectural finish work--both new pours and remodels. This is a contractor you can fully trust from start to finish. Thank you, Robert, and thank you to your entire crew.

It's been several months since I hired RJF to pour a 6" pad for a 2-post lift adjacent to my…read moregarage. The drainage slope of the pad was important to me due to potential flooding issues and past history of this area of the property, so I had specific instructions and desires about how I wanted the water to run off half the pad in a certain direction and the other half of the pad in a somewhat more complicated manner so it would end up in my driveway drain. This water management would avoid potential flooding of the garage. The torrential rains have arrived, and the performance of the runoff is absolutely perfect and channeling off exactly as intended. I couldn't be happier. The concrete is still crack free and the lift is installed and functioning well; also very happy events. Thank you RJF for your professionalism; this is a great addition.

My pour was 1670 square feet with 33 cubic yards 1697 that had a fair amount of complexity in terms of drainage and curbs and levels. The set up took 3 days including grading, forming and rebar with a crew of eight. I also added my neighbors smaller driveway that enlarged the project by 450 sq ft and took our pour up to 42 cu yds. On the pour day we had 14 finishers who did a quality job, and on the following day they returned to finish removing forms and did an excellent cleaning up removing all construction debris. This is a top quality second generation family company. I found the entire team to be easy to deal with, friendly, very professional and conscientious in their work. I now have them on my list of those i will choose to deal with in future. This is a top quality company that keeps its promises and works well with the customer. A+ in my book. They ruined and broke numerous branches while admitting that these plants are very delicate. They rushed the job that should have been at least two hours and finished in one hour. I should have stopped them after the owner told me to go inside and they will let me know when they were done. You never tell someone that's paying you $500 dollars to take your time and do a professional job to go inside. I should have told him to get the F off of my property and hired someone else. I would have been better off hiring men from Home Depot. Totally unprofessional, rushed the job, ruined a couple of plants and didn't give a shit how it looked, even after I showed the owner the damaged plants and all the broken branches only to find more as the branches dried out in the weeks to come. He tells me the plants are delicate, but yet they didn't treat them that way. I will never hire this unprofessional company again and recommend that you don't hire them either. They have plenty of help to do a good job, but refuse to do so. This was a total rip off job to the tune of $500. I'm so sorry I hired this clown to do this job, every time I look at what they did it makes me sick and pissed that I didn't throw them off my property and paid them nothing. I've waited weeks to write this review, in hopes that the job would look better, but it doesn't. Thanks a lot, KAY GREEN LANDSCAPING FOR DOING A SHITTY JOB AND TELLING ME TO GO INSIDE. When it comes to "Outstanding" I'd like to take it a step up to "A Company of Excellence! "... I'm forever grateful for the referral to use EF & S. My Driveway & my entry way to the backyard turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Since I recently had pavers installed for my walkway, I didn't go with stamped concrete as I thought it would be too busy & wanted my new pavers to stand-out. Simplicity can still work out to be really pretty so I had 2-tone very-light "brushed-broom", with smooth border designs - The design & color choices bring out my new pavers perfectly! I had no doubt it would turn out really nice but never imagined a simple design would look so stunning! AND, the quality of work is far above what I expected! Joe (the owner), is a real perfectionist in his profession, and takes a lot of pride in his work. Really knows his stuff, and he came every day to make sure the job was going well. Before starting he met with me to discuss the process, and throughout the install he made sure I understood what they were doing, and made sure he had my approval before he finalized the border design. Any concerns or questions he never failed to respond - could not have asked for a nicer person to work with. His working crew is another story! They were Amazing! Not only hard workers, but meticulous in all aspects of their work. Before pouring the concrete they covered the garage door & other doors - the cleanup at the end of the day was impeccable! Just finished my job today & he starts another neighbors this week - we both are so lucky to have found him ... When it comes to quality plus & customer service, EFS has it all!
