In addition to being a photographer, Lisa is a Doula - so she is very comfortable and loving towards pregnant moms and their families. Lisa does pregnancy photography, birth photos, newborn, welcome to the world, and so much more. Her photos capture the most beautiful essence of her clients, and I couldn't help but smile as I looked through her portfolio online and on facebook. Lisa gave me wardrobe suggestions, and also had several items for me to wear for the photo session. There is gorgeous natural light in her studio, and all of the props were soft and inviting. She helped me calm down and embrace my pregnancy and the beauty of creating a little life - all with a camera pointed at me :) I didn't have professional maternity photos taken for my first pregnancy, and I deeply regretted it afterwards. I am so thankful to have met and worked with Agroterra Photography so that we could document and celebrate my belly and all of the wonders of creating a new baby! Thank you Lisa :)

Full Review: My now wife and I found Sara after searching through lots of wedding photographers, Sara's photos stood out from the rest. We contacted Sara, and discussed everything that we were looking for in a wedding photographer, and everything we wanted to avoid. My wife and I met with Sara, reviewed her portfolio; she listened to what we had as a vision for our wedding, and she gave us new and unique ideas adding to what we had in mind, and we decided to hire her right there on the spot. Since Sara was the first vendor we hired, we were extremely nervous about everything. We put her through weeks of e-mails, and phone calls, asking her a ton of questions. Yet, Sara remained patient with us throughout the entire process. Before our engagement session, Sara discussed with us, what made our love special, and unique. She also worked with us to find out about our hobbies, and passions. Sara came up with the idea of me learning, our song on guitar, and playing it for my wife as a surprise during the photo session. Our engagement session went perfectly. Sara met us at the location we chose (where we had our first kiss), and worked to create photos that really captured why we were getting married. Sara also worked with me as I am completely stiff in front of a camera. She not only made my wife look completely natural, but also me, and I'm the least photogenic, most stiff human ever created. She didn't use any generic posed shots, every photo captured a moment, memories that we were making that day. For the day of the wedding, Sara worked with my wife, and captured so many beautiful getting ready pictures. Sara's photo's displayed all of my wife's emotions before the big reveal. Every photo from the day of the wedding captured every unique moment of the ceremony. Sara worked through every crazy moment, working on her feet, even when things got delayed, Sara and her team coordinated everything to make sure we had enough time for all of the shots we wanted (which when totaled were about 800 photos!) Sara was always in the background, completely unnoticed, yet she captured everything in the ceremony. She let the ceremony be the focus of the moment; she wasn't hovering around distracting our guests or us from the moment. She worked flawlessly, capturing every key moment of the ceremony. For the reception, and cocktail hour, Sara took care of getting all of our family formal shots, as well as all of our wedding party photos. These photos are classic pictures of family, and they look beautiful. Sara captured every little detail my wife and I created for the wedding day. Everything that we made was featured in the photos, even the smallest details. The photos of my wife and I were taken during night, and add contrast to the rest of the photos. The photos matched our wedding theme, and came out beautiful. Something that I think should be pointed out is, I work with a team of photographers, and graphic designers at work. Every one of them commented on how amazing our wedding photos came out. Sara is not only is an amazing photographer, and artist, but a great person. If you're looking for photos that capture the love, magic, and beauty of your big day, hire Sara, she will definitely save the memories of your big day in a way that will make you want to enjoy, and share them for a lifetime.

PERSONABLE & REAL…read more..... My (now) brother-in-law was told he may be going overseas for a 9 month deployment (military) so we started to put a wedding together with very little notice. Kim was recommended by the photographer (Vee) who worked at my 1st wedding. Kim was responsive and available on short notice (holiday too - Memorial Day). We could not be happier that we hired her! Just in talking with Kim before the wedding (2 month timespan), we became friends. She met with me & my fiance beforehand to discuss what we were looking to capture in our photos, and she did! Kim is very personable and she blended in with our family at our intimate wedding of 25. We were married May 2013 and we still keep in touch :) Kim's photos are gorgeous and many friends and family have commented on how natural they look. It was drizzling and the ceremony started late. Kim was understanding and took that time to meet our families while setting up. You would never know how cold & miserable it was that day by looking at the photos. Everyone looks happy! Yes, she asks you to stand a certain way (to make you look great), but the photos look candid even when staged. I agree with Jennifer J.'s review whole-heartedly. Kim's prices are very reasonable. She is open to suggestions too. I asked her to order the metallic paper for my favorite black & white and WOW! I am so glad she didn't push me to pick another paper.
