My appointment was in the morning and I was seen 10 minutes after my appointment time, and it was only a 10 minute wait because they gave me the larger room to accommodate my stroller. My visit with the Dr was quick, but I didn't feel rushed. I had concerns about my acne and I got prescribed something for it and he gave me a few samples of cream because he said I'd experience some dry skin. My face got a reaction from the new medication and I called to ask for dr's opinion, the receptionist replied to me a week later and came with the wrong solution so I had to explain to her again the issue and then she got back to me few days later. I asked to talk yo the dr , she said you have to book an appointment and we can't give you a direct connection to the dr without booking a new appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously!!!!! But never fear, there are plenty more parking spots BEHIND the restaurants in that plaza... just go in from Midland Avenue. It is quite a lively building, with people going in and out at all hours. There is a pharmacy and a post office conveniently located on the main floor. Once it is past the building opening hours, the main doors automatically lock! The only way you can get out is from the back door near the stairways. Yes, I've seen people madly trying to get out at off hours, getting very frustrated, panicking, banging and pushing on the doors (and swearing!) o_o **NOTE: Please use the back door ** The management keeps the building very clean, inside and out. They have cleaners cleaning throughout the day. The directory is clearly displayed, making it easy for people to find where they are looking for. ** Another thing to NOTE is that there is a 3 hour parking limit during building opening hours ** Management strictly keeps tabs on every vehicle, so be sure not to go past the limit or you'll be fined by a parking enforcement officer for overtime parking at private property. At Q Esthetics, they have different cleansers and serums for different skin types. A few days before my facial, I had an allergic reaction that made half my face break out in a pimple like rash. I was slightly nervous the serum would make the rash a bit worse. The technician inspected my skin and told me I should be okay. She used two serums on my face. She used one for the breakouts on my rash and a hydrating one on the rest of my face. It's been two days and my skin looks great! The Silk Peel is supposed to give you a nice glow that lasts.
