Once we had collected that information we forwarded it to the legal assistant to draft the documents. The first draft completely ignored the charities required wording. Second one was produced weeks later, still not accurate and missing pertinent information on the people selected for our Powers of Attorney, This required a phone consultation with a staff attorney. Another draft was produced with minor typos. Two months later we were able to sign the documents. We did not expect to have to proof read all the documents to be sure they were using the correct legal designations or to check for omissions and simple typos. We found the office to be unprofessional in its' work product and timeliness of producing documents (over two months from start to finish).

Because of the first email error, I thought the almost double bill was also a mistake (there was a name of someone on the invoice getting paid that I had never heard of before). It's the combination of the massive overcharge, financial / personal privacy leak, and insensitive response that warrants this review. Gross negligence.
