If he feels up to it, your photographer, Bruce, will blow the 'pu' for you."* Not only was the tone dismissive and unprofessional, but they also stopped responding entirely after that message. Communication is key when planning special events, especially from afar, and this company completely dropped the ball. Thankfully, there are plenty of other reputable companies on Maui that offer respectful and reliable service--we ended up going elsewhere and had a much better experience. I would not recommend this business based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

Not only do Kolleen and Bruce offer MANY frills, they were one of the only planning services that did offer a more stripped down a la carte service. Everything was customizable and easy and it took the stress out of getting married (other than the usual excited jitters). The wedding day itself was perfect. We picked a pretty popular beach location so Kolleen suggested we make it an hour earlier. What a great suggestion! We had the location completely to ourselves and the only company we had was a stunning sunrise and an unbelievable amount of butterflies. It was truly a dream. We also really appreciated how in the moment Kolleen was. Sure it's an important ceremony but she understood us and used humor and fun anecdotes throughout. It felt caring and personal, like we'd known each other for a while. If we ever get to renew our vows on Maui, we will definitely call on All Ways Maui'd!

Where to begin... Avoid this company at all costs. There are…read morezero Ethics with this man Klaus. It's true he is a scammer. We booked and paid in full well before our wedding date for a ceremony + photography. Communication leading up to our day was spotty and always initiated by me. Never felt like someone was taking care of us (ie no real wedding planner) They do not email you any details or contract after you book so you have to rely on the text messages and phone conversations you had, any notes you took. Payment is via Venmo no receipt of payments sent. Just not what you would expect from a professional business. Less than 24 hours of wedding ceremony we had our time and location changed due to them double booking us. Talk about stressful as you fly in and have to juggle all that too. Ceremony itself was fortunately beautiful and I am grateful for that but give credit to those people for doing their jobs (photographer and officiant). Afterwards we never hear from wedding company asking how our day went. 2 months later we are told because of Lahaina fire (from the previous year) our photos have been lost and they are working to retrieve them??!! Found out there is a falling out between Klaus and our photographer- the photographer was never paid and doesn't want to send photos to Klaus because he wants to paid (sounds reasonable to me!) Fortunately our photographer is a wonderful and honest man and even though he has never been paid by Klaus for shooting our wedding he did gift us our photos after 2 months of not getting anywhere with Klaus. You don't want to be involved with this kind of business who is not paying their contractors and using a devastating fire from a year ago to get out of providing their clients what they paid for. Bottom line - Klaus takes the money and then he runs and hides while working on the next victim. They do not care about taking care of you after that and giving their clients a stress free experience. After all isn't that why you hire a wedding company? My advice - hire an officiant and photographer on your own. And never hire a man named Klaus Bandisch. Also see reviews of his previous company Paradise Maui Weddings.
