Before renting from Sixt, do a Google search of "Sixt Deception." You will see how Sixt uses…read moredeceptive practices to charge customers for bogus damages. Scratches were noted on a rental agreement before our rental and upon the return, the employee said it was good. We have asked for photos (other than grainy AI images), a dated AI scan for the day we picked it up, but we have had no response other than we owe them money. Since we picked up the car at a different location than Orly, I don't believe they have a before AI image and they are trying to scam us. This is disappointing, because Sixt was recommended to us, but we will no longer be using their services.
