He sent me photos along the way of the project, and the floors were in pretty rough shape. Hard-core staining, someone had written on some of them, there were places we weren't sure what was on the floor, but Morgan got it up and you can't tell anything was ever wrong. By the time I was on my way back home, I had a whole new set of photos of the finished product and I was in awe. They were absolutely pristine and I couldn't wait to see them in person. Even today, 5 years later, they still look as wonderful as they did when he refinished them. Glossy, beautiful, and everyone comments on them.
