My family sees shows all over the state, name the musical, and we've probably seen it! But the guest experience at GRCT is always something special. Everyone we interact with is kind, courteous, upbeat, professional, and genuinely positive. So often, organizations hear only about opportunities to improve, and I wanted to make sure you know that YOU are appreciated, valued, and noticed. I am truly so grateful for how helpful and welcoming your team is. I was honestly dreading having to call and change my seats around, but every time I call, the experience is consistently uplifting. That says a lot about the people you have representing GRCT. Thank you for everything you do and for making every interaction such a positive one. It absolutely does not go unnoticed. THANK YOU!

The talent was excellent and it was such a fun story to song. I never watched the movie, so the ending was a surprise for me. I love supporting the arts! It's nice to know they have a myriad of options and prices for every budget. Can't wait to come back for the next show.

I grew up surrounded by music, from piano lessons to playing viola for six years as an adolescent…read more My former viola teacher is a member of the Grand Rapids Symphony and I always enjoy seeing her perform. The GRS is currently shut down due to COVID-19 but they have been providing videos of symphony members performing in their "From Our Home to Yours" video series which can be found on their Facebook page and YouTube channel. These performances are so beautiful and I love that we can still enjoy the music that they provide, even if we're all staying in our homes. Throughout a regular season, the GRS has so many fun performances for everyone, even if you're not a classical music fan. I personally love classical music, but their movie score play-along events are really amazing. I love the Home Alone performance they do every year. Picnic Pops is also a great concert series that takes place at Cannonsburg each summer. The arts community needs our support and if you have the means to do so, you can donate money to this treasure of a nonprofit.

None of us had ever done something like it before, and we all had a good time trying to learn together. Our instructor was very kind and helpful with questions but ultimately realized that we were there to have a good time, so she didn't force those free spirits to perfect the moves. I would strongly recommend scheduling a class with a close group of girlfriends! You will all have fun!

There are no bad seats as it's in the round, and when I ordered my tickets online there was plenty of availability. When we arrived, we were greeted at a podium and just had to give my name. We got a cute brochure with our seat numbers written on it and then got in line for concessions. They serve alcohol at select performances, and ours was one of them, so we got a couple drinks and some snacks. I was hoping for popcorn, but they didn't have any so we got Cheez its and some candy. All the employees we encountered (I think mostly students) were very friendly and polite. Once the doors opened, friendly ushers helped us find our seats. The theatre was comfortable and the rows were short, which is nice so you don't have to climb over too many people to get to your spot. The play itself was hilarious and so much fun. I'm looking forward to seeing more shows at Circle Theatre in the future.
