They were well-mannered, very professional and courteous. They were quick in troubleshooting the problem, very knowledgeable about what was causing the problem and fixed all my issues expeditiously and even upgraded my existing equipment to make it more user friendly and safer. When it was time for payment they realized they quoted me an older cheaper price. They did not attempt to coerce me into paying the correct price.
