Moime is very professional and the clinic has a calm and tranquil feel that immediately puts you at ease. The treatment room is at the back of the clinic and behind the consultation room so it is quiet and private. Moime takes the time to talk to clients to find out best treatment required. One day I arrived I had a headache, Moime said she would give me something for it as part of my treatment and by end of the session the headache was gone. I was surprised but it worked. Moime can also do acupuncture for relaxation and I've found it a more beneficial alternative to massages to relieve back tension. I definitely now believe in acupuncture and would highly recommend Moime.

This gave me severe neck, shoulder pain and headaches. I was unable to have my neck touched as I was in so much pain. My GP prescribed strong pain killers- this was unfortunately all I had to look forward to was the continuation for the rest of my life - taking numerous strong painkillers every day. I passed the Hoole Acupuncture Clinic on my way home from my daughters and booked an assessment for the following week. Last ditch attempt to get some help. Moime gave me a full assessment and treatment which lasted 1.30 hours. The clinic and atmosphere was professional, efficient and relaxed. After the treatment I had the first reasonable nights sleep. I knew and expected my condition to improve slowly, but it most certainly has made my life very much improved. I also suffered badly with anxiety which was also treated. I can not thank Moime enough for helping me. My life is much less restricted and can enjoy life to the full I still continue to attend especially during the winter as it is aggravated during winter months and as always my treatment works effectively. Moime always goes the extra mile for her patients - she certainly is one in a million. I have also had numerous Korean Gua-Sha Facials . It is absolutely wonderful - a 2 hour session which leaves you totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I have noticed the wrinkles on my forehead have greatly reduced. Then came some wonderful therapeutic massage with Geraldine she is just magic and I am pleased to report that I'm finally starting to feel like myself again ! Horrendous ! Purchased x2 vouchers for a massage for my…read moresister and I. I left my sister there for an hour for her appointment. When I came back after an hour I was told to go through as my sister was ready. I went through the curtain expecting to meet her in a meeting room; however, was met with my humiliated sister who had been left on the table in her underwear she hadn't even realised the treatment was even over! She said he'd massaged her for about 15 minutes (out of a paid for 60!) then tried the hard sell of acupunctre (which she didnt want) then he left her under a heat lamp. that's it. He was in and out serving customers. I appreciate it was only him in the shop; however, if you know this but have appointments booked in, you should at least close your shop and put a sign up. My sister was really distressed, and I said that I didn't want my treatment I told him that I wasn't happy that he had left my sister in her underwear to serve customers and his response was just 'i was busy I had clients' and told me to get my money back from Groupon. It was just shocking. My sister felt really vulnerable and unsafe, as well as obviously totally unrelaxed !!!! Would never use again in a million years, even if I was paid.

He is very friendly and the place has a very relaxed feel to it, which put me at ease and we had a good chat about my problems and how he would treat it. I felt very comfortable with everything and trusted him totally. I knew it would take around 48 hours to feel a difference and the difference has been great! My movement has improved greatly and my posture is better already and I feel so much better in myself without the aches and pains. I've already recommended Simon to friends and work colleagues ,as working on a PC all day does not help . Unprofessional and judgemental attitude from Simon, I actually felt worse leaving than I did before I came in. Acted like I was doing him a disfavour being there and was annoyed when I was nervous about getting acupuncture. Cold, insensitive, patronising and couldn't have shooed me out of the door quicker. Felt so unwelcome and a complete waste of money for the displeasure of being treated like crap. Do not recommend!
