Since going here for my supplements, as well as the rest of my family, our health has improved by leaps and bounds. I'd not had any quality sleep in over a decade, and working together we came up with just the right combination of natural products to let me sleep and wake up able to face the day with energy to spare for a change. This shop is a little difficult to see at first as it is in a professional building, but it is well worth finding. So often, though we read and study, it is hard to know exactly what might work best for us, and I have not been disappointed in any products or in their results. Knowing what to use helps keep me from purchasing unnecessary products as well.

Sandy was every bit as impressive as her credentials suggest…read more I went to Sandy to see how I could tweak my diet and eating routine for optimal performance and body composition. I realized most of what I was reading was either contradictory or unrealistic and I needed someone to help me. She definitely was the right choice. First, she demystified my metabolism by putting me through a painless 10 min breathing test-- yielding a report that broke down exactly how many calories I should eat in a day across a range of scenarios. Next, she took that along with some other biometrics, health history, self-reported exercise and eating patterns and preferences and went to work. She came up with some excellent recommendations for me to get the most energy, stamina, balance and joy out of my day. She helped me to understand macros and age and gender- based body composition targets. She explained how her recommendations fit with my workouts and other lifestyle considerations. She was encouraging and made me feel great about what I was doing already. She added insights and ideas to increase my options and improvement. Her recommendations were much more targeted and specific (as well as realistic) than anything I could have come up with from reading books and blogs on my own. She was extremely professional and pleasant and patiently answered all of my questions. I've recommended her to friends and family, and I'd recommend her to Yelp readers as well.
