I tried the chat function on their website, no response. I sent a message on their facebook page, no response. After my second email to customer service they responded by saying "we'll let you know when it's on its way". I emailed back to ask them to specify if I should wait a day, a week or a month but of course nobody bothered to reply. There's no option to cancel the order so I'll have to talk to my credit card company to get my money back. I'm sure they're lovely people in the store but their online customer service is non-existent.

He was so patient while both husband and I tried on a million pairs (two of which we bought when we got home to NYC). AND he had temples custom made to match the broken glasses, and we had them back in two days for a reasonable price. AND he gave us great advice on cool places to visit in London. Highly recommend!
