Happy with ActiveRX! I chose the Henderson location as it's more convenient for me but highly recommended!

Amazing place! They helped me avoid surgery! This is the best place to go if you don't want to get a knee replacement. Would recommend!

My treatment there is very personalized, with a clear understanding of my needs. Dr. Nick Chaharlang did a thorough evaluation of my problem, and listened with understanding to my concerns. His skill and techniques are providing me with expert therapy for a long term condition that has caused me pain and restricted my range of motion. I'm happy to say that I continue to make progress as we go along. Kiki and Angela express interest in me as a patient and as a human being, with compassion and humor. I can't say enough good things about them.

So I was pleased to know with a change in my insurance I was able to come back to AMT institute when I had an injury that needed attention. Nick was my PT and he was excellent. Totally hands on, listening to my needs as I too am a therapist BUT I cannot treat myself the way they do at AMT. I have to say I've always referred patients to Mike/Jody, the owners of AMT Institute and his team as they have provided excellent care to patients that need the true one to one PT and OT.

This has helped me to recover stronger. What a difference it has made in my balance and having looking forward to having "life" again. I am not there yet, but I am hopeful. I am at 99%. You wonder why not stop. Because the 1% can cause me to tip - fall over - lose balance quickly w/o warning. I have been dealing with this since November 2024. I went to a neurologist and then another. Including getting therapy with another facility - but it was more of a stretch exercise...however, it didn't resolve my situation and its strength. Basically, Fysical at other location did their best they felt and there wasn't much more to do. Last therapy was in 2025 and I was hovering 85-90% in control of my balance. If I get these episodes, it is out of nowhere, and I will lean towards falling. The therapists there were all kind...but not invested into my quality of life...I got really disillusioned...exercises were good to sustain, but that is it. However, I didn't give up, and now I feel much more confident and look forward to 100% and being Alive!

During my most recent treatment session, however, I was injured while performing an exercise directed by my physical therapist. I immediately reported the pain to the therapist and later brought the incident to the attention of the clinic staff. At my next visit, I was discharged from physical therapy. Although I had sustained a new back injury during treatment, no one recommended that I seek a medical evaluation. Instead, I was told that I could return for physical therapy for my back if I obtained a new referral. I was also concerned to find that the treatment note understated my report of pain and did not accurately reflect the severity of my response during the session. I'm obviously going to get it checked out, but it's definitely something to consider when evaluating a physical therapy practice.

Over the course of a number of months I found the staff at Summerlin Pelvic Physical Therapy to be compassionate, along with creating a comfortable and safe setting during my routine visits. They listened to my concerns and challenges- trust me I can talk;) Dr. Izkhakov and her staff provided a high level of care along with the right dose of encouragement. All in making the tasks (yes, tasks it is exertion after all insert winking emoji) exercise beneficial and enjoyable. Trust me, I'm not a gym-goer who believes exercise is dynamic. Dr. Shoshana Izkhakov, along with the rest of her knowledgeable and dynamic staff reassured me I would improve. As I did! I owe a great deal of thanks not only to Dr. Izkhakov, but Erika and Kris as well. I appreciate the wonderful support from all at SPPT. XOX Kristine

Thank goodness for living in the information age, right? My insurance was quick to issue a referral here and the location is right between home and work so it was extra convenient. I came here for weekly appointments for nearly six months. Note that they only offer weekday hours from 8AM-5PM, which can be challenging for some jobs. Staff is all female, as are nearly all of the patients I interacted with, which was helpful for setting comfortable space. The office has an open-plan layout so you'll see others working on their exercises and asking questions during their appointments. I can see privacy being a bit of an issue if you have more personal matters to discuss but they do have some private rooms for evaluations, meetings, and other services. As with any sort of PT recovery, you do have to put in the work outside of your appointments to see improvement. Overall, staff were friendly and supportive throughout my time here but I didn't always feel heard when I expressed concern about my recovery. My insurance only covered 30 appointments and it wasn't until the 25th or 26th that they suggested more intensive exercises - I felt that the last few appointments were the most effective but it was frustrating that it was at the end of my time here. Maybe it's on me to have done more research ahead of time but I already had my hands full with everything else postpartum. I felt that most of my time here was just doing Kegels in different positions and there's actually so much more to pelvic PT. At my last appointment, we discussed submitting info to see if my insurance would cover more but I never did hear back.
