After an initial phone call to discuss locations and preferences, I received an itinerary that did not include any of the islands I had expressed wanting to visit. Once we discussed revising that itinerary to include those places, I never heard back after reaching out several times. I wasted over 1 month trying to plan my trip with them and I had to reach out several times in order to get a response or follow up. We ended up booking with a Greek travel agency which was overall cheaper and much less hassle.

She mis-booked our family, put the wrong name down for my wife, making us not be able to board the plane. We had to sit in the airport for over an hour and a half waiting to get all this fixed out, fortunately we arrived early enough and the airlines fixed it at the very last minute. Of course, while all of this is going on, Allison is not answering any of our phone calls, she responded to me a few days later saying she was on vacation (which is very difficult to know that she won't be there to help). I asked for her to assure me that this would be fixed on the flight back, because I did not want to have to deal with this problem in Mexico. But dont worry... it was not taken care of. Same issues in Mexico, and oh wait, did they have one of my kids on the flight home, absolutely not.... And to top it all off, I had Allison sign my parents up for a room with a king bed, and of course it was two queens.. Did Allison fix this? nope. And then after complaining to her after all this is over, I try to be nice and ask for some type of refund on the wrong room, and she never even gave the courtesy to follow up. Booked 2 nights with Expedia. I immediately left and asked for a new room. Our new room had no bugs, but the floor was very dirty. Old food and scuffs all over the floor. The shower didn't work initially, but we screwed the knob back in and fixed it. There are no towel racks. The floor is all warped and bubbled. There are people living in this hotel, which I think is creepy. Will not stay again. We knew we were choosing a lower level hotel, but this was worse than expected.

My grandmother took a cab from a Cincinnati airpot to her apartment (a 10 minute drive or 4.2 miles, to be precise) and was given a bill of around $20.00, nothing out of the ordinary. Somehow "Chris", using his Square app, managed to end up charging her $125.00, which she only found out about the next day. As far as we can tell there are only two ways he could have done this. He either input the incorrect amount himself or my grandmother accidentally added a "custom tip" (which seems unlikely given her eyesight and understanding of apps) and he did not have the decency to correct such a gargantuan error. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly! Upon reporting this error to the company more than one member of the staff admitted they were at fault and told my father the difference would be credited back to her account. Several phone calls later and my grandmother has still not received the money. The credit card company has also declined reimbursing her for it as the taxi company apparently claimed (to American Express) my grandmother was at fault. The owner "Dave" was supposedly too sick to call my father back (a tactic used by evasive business owners and lazy high schoolers), and now perhaps intends to put off my grandmother until she gives up or forgets. What kind of company behaves this way? Who would employ a cab driver that intentionally rips-off old women? Oh wait, I'll tell you! Elite Taxi, your local, crooked, unfriendly cab company.
