My wife Faith Lyu owns Advantage Reflexology massage here in Redding, and she sometimes gets some repetitive motion discomfort. I work around the corner from APT. From what I've seen and heard about the care there, I have recommended friends and clients of mine to Dr Christian (founder) without hesitation. Finally, a PT facility that values your time as much as theirs. I have been thru traditional PT where you feel less like a patient and more like a chart in which they check the boxes and fill out the reports on what you did. It's nothing against the doctors, they try to help you as much as they can while juggling 4+ other patients at the same time. It's a huge bummer of our insurance/healthcare system. Dr Christian gives you his full attention while you work with him, uploads videos of your exercises on an app you can access and is very clear on your care plan.
