I would give less than 1 star if I could. I came in because I'm having Hip replacement surgery. While the physical therapist was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable the Office Manager, Rebecca, was the exact opposite. I am a Disabled Veteran and I have a Service Dog. She asked to see my paperwork work for my dog. The only thing that may be asked is 1. Is your dog a Service Animal and 2. What tasks does the animal perform. I let her know but she continued harassing me and it made me very sad and uncomfortable. I will look for another Physical Therapist and hopefully find a practice that offers professional, respectful, compassionate services to Dissabled people. read more

The staff was very cooperative with the scheduling of my apts. There were times I scheduled and couldn't make the apt., most offices there would be problems with the reoccurring missed and rescheduling due to work and private life ongoings. This was very important to me because I'd miss an appointment and they were so understanding making feel comfortable to return and focus on health. Active Physical Therapy in Prince Frederick is 5 out of 5 stars. Their hours are great and flexible. The staff and physical therapists there are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have been doing physical therapy there for my lower back over the last 6 months. Definitely have felt and seen much improvement over that time. Highly recommend. read more
