They were, and I jumped on it. I'm SO VERY glad I did! Appointments were limited but my desire was to be pain free! I hate to mention names in fear I'll forget someone. The bottom line is THEY all care! From the moment you enter the door to the moment you exit the door! This is a group of men and women that work together for Your benefit. The staff reassured him they would take care of his issues and pain and he would be feeling much better in no time. The staff even showed me a few ways to help massage him when we are home. On more than one occasion I was forced to stand around waiting for a table because there were too many people booked at the same time. When one of the interns forgot about me on a machine, their response was "oops, haha." My arm wasn't laughing. On top of all of this, they wait and bill me in July for services performed the previous December. Obviously we can't use last year's FSA to cover it, so basically we have to cover it out of pocket instead of with money we'd already set aside to pay for things like this. Not the best experience all in all. I'll be finding somewhere else if I or my family need PT in the future.
