Dr. Mike, his assistants Katy and Victoria and Mayra(at the front desk) give 100% toward your recovery. They are 100% hands-on. One thing I particularly like is that they are hands-on with you the entire time. They are not taking on five patients at once as I have had in the past with other physical therapy groups. With their help, I have moved from a walker in two weeks to a cane and almost at the point of walking without a cane. They have given me the tools to carry on after they kicked me out. This is a very special place. They make you laugh as they work with you. Mayra at the front desk is so attentive and efficient to all your business needs. They are more than a five star business.

This shoulder is not in a happy place, but Dr Johnson will cut to the chase She took me back to my assigned space where Dr Johnson met me. He had a trick up his sleeve. I've been trying to get an appointment here for about a month and that process was not as smooth as I would have hoped. They always answer the phone promptly and are pleasant to deal with. That said, they called me back after I made an appointment when they realized they had given me the wrong time. Okay just a minor issue. Then a week later they called me about my appointment which they had put on their calendar for the wrong week. Managed to get that straightened out, but in the interim they had also decided that the referral from my surgeon was not valid and I would have to get a referral from my primary care manager. The bureaucracy of our medical system has become appallingly inept and does not do anything to further the health care provided to the patients. So I had to make an appointment with my primary care manager just to ask him to write a special referral that was identical to that from the surgeon. Of course now that it was from a different insurance provider, they selected a different therapy provider. So when I went to make the appointment, they told me they could not provide service. This required more calls to the insurer to have the referral changed to the original provider. All of this meant about a three-week delay in getting a simple preoperative physical therapy evaluation. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment and filled out all of the paperwork as well as paying the co-pay. I was eventually seen about 10 minutes late, but the therapist was great. Very pleasant and easy to deal with and very professional. Other than the documentation issues and the minor mishaps in getting an appointment I would recommend this office.

I did not anticipate it would be only stretching. I felt absolutely no better than when I walked in. And 2 days later had a really bad day with my back. I thought I would give them one more chance and make sure I verbalized I wanted a hands-on adjustment. They were unwilling to do this. So I won't be going back. I wish they would have made it clear once I said it was pregnant that they would not be doing adjustments, but stretching. I wasted 60 dollars and time driving there. Front desk staff was mediocre at best. Dr. was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend if you are pregnant. My previous chiropractor had zero issue adjusting me pregnant.
