I also emailed you twice asking for a refund receipt or confirmation, but I never received a response. I have no choice but to work with my credit card company to try to recover my money. I registered my son for your program but never received any information or confirmation, which is why I tried calling. Unfortunately, no one responded to my calls. What really disappointed me was that after I left a Yelp review, you immediately found time to call me. However, instead of first apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, you asked why I left a bad review. You also said that my review wouldn't affect your business. Perhaps that is true, but that isn't the point. The point is how you treat people and communicate with them. I understand that receiving a negative review is frustrating, but I believe the better approach would have been to calmly listen to my concerns and try to resolve the issue. Your tone during the call felt quite cranky and defensive, which made the situation even more disappointing. I hope you can understand that my review was based on my experience and the lack of communication, not because I wanted to harm your business. I simply expected better communication and customer service.

Eh, it's a pass for me. This camp is run by a bunch of middle and high school kids. My SIX year old…read moredaughter came home and said "this (drink) has 0 calories - that's good because calories make you have a big stomach. That's what the counselors at school said". I was LIVID. She also came home upset about the kids bullying her and the counselors did nothing about it. After care is literally a movie in a storage room - I also walked in on the babysitter yelling at my daughter. Again, livid. The straw that broke the camels back was I forgot to pay for lunch for the week (but thought I did) - they didn't even feed my kid and bill me later (which would've been the humane thing to do). My daughter was bored - Spark is worksheets, and the extra fee for arts and crafts/drawing was them tracing and building crafts we could do at home.
