I booked the room starting at 3pm 3 weeks in advance to fully decorate the place for the party. few days before the party date I got a call saying I needed to change the set up time to 430pm. okay not a problem, I'll make it work. the day comes and I'm there at 430pm to set up and i spoke to a female with pink hair who told me that i didnt have the room till 5pm and i said no, i was told at 430pm to come then she snapped back at me in a rude tone saying my manager today said 5pm! i was surprised at her tone as I've only heard good reviews about the staff here, but everyone has their bad days and I'll sync it to that. they man after her shift was fantastic though! honestly he was great! would i reccomend speed world for the racing yes, as for having a party here no I would never host a party here again, double booking and over lapping parties like what you guys did to us was a shame, I didnt get any phone call the day of saying you guys changed the time on me once again, and to be spoken to with that amount of rudeness was not good business, specially when this was not my fault.

We went in with a group of 9 of us and had the track to ourselves. We thought it was because we had enough to nearly max out the track (10) but as it turns out a group of 2 also came in during the visit and they gave them the track to themselves as well. This is awesome as it allows you to not have your experience interfered with by others. The Facebook linking when you set up your racer profiler is also cool as your race times and results can be instantly added to your Facebook profile. If you race here more than once your states are stored in your racer profile. You also get a email copy of all your race stats. Racers must all be 14+ and if you are under 16 or do not have a drivers license you will be restricted to slower karts. Those who are 16+ with a drivers license get cars that top out at 40km per hour! Prices are a bit high for cart racing but if you do multiple races you do get a discount. Well worth a visit if you wanna kill some time. Also worth noting the place is open till around midnight!
