It can take courage to stay in when the bottom drops out the market and Brian guided me through the choppy waters and I'm certainly seeing a great result from the turn around in the market. I just had my annual meeting and he gave me advice on rebalancing my portfolio and worked on future strategies for maximizing my investments within the strategies I'm comfortable with. Brian not only looks at the investments with Edward Jones but he will also take time to look at my 401K and other outside investments. I never feel pressured to dump all my money into one basket. As far as Edward Johns as a company, they are consistently listed high for investor satisfaction and recently were 6th on Fortune's best places to work, so they must be doing something right. You never see them in the news for the wrong reasons. The meetings are never rushed and Marsha, the office manager, is well on the ball by confirming appointments a couple of days in advance, making sure paperwork is ready to sign, and promptly sending out documents that need my attention. If you think it's too late to invest, think again or maybe you don't earn enough to put some away for your future or your current financial advisor isn't giving you the time and attention you deserve, give Brian a call and I'm sure he'll be able to help you and point you in the right direction.

Utilized this bank for auto refinance in the past. It was fast simple and great…read more Came back for a new car refinance once rates improved recently. Fast approval online. Since then I have spent literally HOURS on hold on the phone trying to finish this process. Multiple calls required, each time having to sit on hold For an hour when the recording says up to 5 minutes. Finally got it done after 45 days (which shouldn't have taken longer than a couple weeks) and I cannot get my original bank paid. 3 weeks later and check still not received by Chase. Sitting on hold, AGAIN, for an hour to likely get no resolve. I suppose I will add to this shortly when my problem isn't solved and I'm told to call back and sit on hold again for an hour in another few days. This is ridiculous

Last Year I…read morewas a 1099 Tax return, give it a 6/10 was there 30min but charged for an hour, John was not thorough. Assumed it was me not asking the right questions and gave them a second chance this year. I was a 1099 Independent Contractor with a Small business LLC that has been open for 3 months. Day of the appointment, again, there for 30 min, John said I would owe 11K in taxes and recommend an LLC to not have to pay those taxes, I was confused because I indeed already had an LLC , and clearly someone missed all my paperwork I input on their organizer. John took a look at my LLC and said "Nevermind, I'm gonna have to redo all this" I left Extremely confused. I called twice and all they could say was " We will let you know if we need anything from you" WHAT!?! WEEKS LATER I get an email stating taxes are done. I was charged 600 for personal, again, charged for an hour that I was not there for, then, 1,300 for business taxes, AND 800 for someone to go through my quickbooks. I had requested 1 HOUR of Quickbooks Organizing. No acknowledgment to the mess up and almost putting me 11K in Debt! No Communication to what is going on. My FIRST time filing for my 3 Month old Business and The Worst Experience I could've had. I Paid My Bill, and I Won't Fight over 3K because I have other this to worry about, but definitely want to help anyone out there looking to file your taxes. Don't come here, There is better out there, Period.
