I can stress enough how important it is, especially at times like these in 2025, to have kindness, compassion and understanding for others because you have no idea what other people are going through! Today, this very incident, could be the straw that breaks the camels back and this person decides they can't handle life on life's terms anymore and ends it all! So, before you decide to get angry, treat someone else without the respect they deserve or forget that you might be in their shoes one day and in need of an angel on earth to help you, Remember, we're all on this Earth and in search of the same exact thing as everyone else ... HAPPINESS AND LOVE! So, if you have the ability to alleviate someone else's burdens without taking on more of your own, please, just do it! You have no idea if that's the day you were in charge of saving that persons life!!! Thank you so much Booth's Towing!!! You totally saved our lives!!!

Since I was only in town for 1 day I called several places and no one could get me in for 2-3 days out. I called Dave's at 8:00, dropped my truck off at 8:20, had a diagnosis text by 10. And was on the road by 3:30. And they did not gouge me on price. Can't thank them enough even though I hope to never see them again but if I do I have no worries. Thanks DPA.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. On 3/18/25, my daughter's car was towed there after a…read morecar accident. This accident was NOT my daughter's fault and it is documented as such on the police report. A woman ran a red light and hit the passenger side of my daughter's car (which is in my husband's name). My daughter was taken to the hospital for her injuries. The next day, her brother takes her to Cochran's to retrieve her belongings from her car that SHE drives while going to PCT in Williamsport. The owner of Cochran's would not allow her to get her prescription glasses, computer items, and other things she needs for college. WHO DOES THAT???? That is INCREDULOUS to me!!! I would never run a business where I would not allow a young lady to retrieve things that are important like that from an accident that wasn't even her fault. My daughter leaves and calls her dad. Her dad calls and says what do we need to do to get her belongings. The owner of this horrible place said, you have to come with your ID and you. My husband drives from State College to Williamsport with said items and SHE STILL WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO GET THE ITEMS FROM OUR CAR! Now she says, she needs some incident number and other who is responsible. My husband calls the police officer on duty to meet him at Cochran's. Same thing happens. She would not even listen to the police officer that was on the scene and wrote the report that MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT AT FAULT! The owner of this place is RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and UNWILLING to work with people including LAW ENFORCEMENT. Who does that, but as business and person that is EXTREMELY UNSCRUPULOUS!!!! DO NOT USE COCHRAN'S. BEWARE!!!!

It was towed to the shop and upon dropping my husband off at home he was told by their Tow Truck Driver that they would be in touch. So it's now Monday and I call in and they tell me it's $750 because it sat there!! Mind you it was towed from just up the street!!! Then they proceed to say it's not their problem and I should have called (when they are closed) I find it disgusting and horrible service for them to treat a customer this way! Will be filing complaint with BBB! As well as yelp! Terrible service will not recommend to anyone!! Oh and they "talked to driver" and he lied and said he didn't say they would call! Go figure!!
