After over 12 years, I'll be moving on to Costco. It sucks because I have always loved this store. Made an appointment, brought car in, 2 hours later, not even a call. I had to call. I just picked my car up and asked for my key. I grabbed the key from his hand swiftly, no yanking. And the only reply is "you didn't have to snatch it sir. I did not snatch the key, I did grab it swiftly so that I could get out without showing my frustration. But, oh well. That didn't work, still had to stop and tell him why I grabbed the key that way because, even though I never once got an apology for not only not getting a call, I hurt his feelings by grabbing the key too swiftly (again, there was no yanking or pull away from him). I was really trying to just get in and get my car and get out of there. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

Chris and his other minion employees went out of their way to make a tough situation more difficult, outright refusing to offer even minimum support. My husband was hit by debris falling off of a semi and - after buying what he needed from this sorry excuse for a shop - was told he could not fix it in their parking lot, they do not do repairs, and when he asked to buy or borrow a jack from them to fix it himself across the street, the scumbags said no to that, too. Unapologetic, hateful, severely lacking in customer service. Sometimes it's not about what you say, Chris, but how you say it. Looking over the receipt line by line, the pricing is unbelievable: $759.92 just for four ignition coils (parts that cost $40-$50 each retail), $387.48 in labor alone for spark plugs, and a $145 diagnostic fee that they refused to apply toward the repair work. They even tacked on a $210 chemical intake flush that does nothing for a failing ignition coil, then quoted another $1,113 to replace front control arms--a job independent shops routinely do for $650-$700 with an alignment.
