I lastly I purchased a new sink faucet for the master bathroom because the stopper had failed and thought I needed to swap in a new faucet. Dale was able to address all three jobs in a very timely manner. The basement laundry basin is good as new, no more water all over the laundry room floor when doing laundry. He repaired the stopper by installing a sink stopper arm assembly and a toilet flapper valve he had on hand in his work vehicle. I saved money by being able to return the unnecessary new faucet and toilet tank repair kit I had purchased from Lowe's since he had the parts I needed at a very inexpensive price. I wish all trades people that I hire could be so helpful, professional and willing to try to help their customers save money instead of trying to gouge them. As I listen to my dog snoring, I'll recant the wonderful experience with this family owned business at my new apartment in the Northern WI suburbs I moved into a community that has well water and after a few weeks of gastric distress, I realized I needed to put a filter on my sink to reduce the amount of plastic bottles flowing (like the Nile before Moses) out my front door to the recycling dumpster every day. After a week it came back on again and I had to follow up with Wilkes where they said they had to come back out since they couldn't get to it directly and had to go through the basement ceiling. They came back out again, charged me more money for the 2nd trip, and said it was fixed. Side note, they had to call a third party Jacuzzi service for advice on how to fix it. A few months later the same problem started again and I called them to see if they would come out and fix it but to my surprise said that because it has been over 60 days, that I'd have to either make another claim with the home warranty service or hire them direct at $60 per trip + $110 per hour. They do not do a quality job to start or on the 2nd time around nor do they warranty their work more than 60 days so I would definitely not recommend this company.

The plumber recommended replacement of the system and told me I should hear back in about three days with an estimate and the results of our water test which I was charged an additional $40 for. I heard nothing and called back two weeks later. The woman I spoke with told me they still were waiting on cost of the equipment and I should hear back by the end of the week. I requested a copy of the bill and promptly paid it without receiving my test results or repair estimate. Three weeks later I sent an e-mail to the office requesting an update and received neither a call or response to my e-mail. It's been over 2 months since my initial assessment and no response. What a waste of time and money.
