This last few weeks of heavy, winter rain reminded me that I'm long overdue for a review of Canyon…read moreSunrise Roofing. I've previously used Dave and his company for a repair on my current tile roof as well as a full replacement of a shingle roof at a rental property. So, last monsoon season when water began pouring into my garage there was no question who I'd call. For the record, due to the size and expense of a complete tile roof job, I took a few other bids and Canyon Sunrise was extremely competitive along with the assurance of using better quality underlayment as standard practice... no upsell for something that was going to last. We did encounter some challenges including my somewhat frail and super scarce roof tile that was made by a manufacturer who'd been out of business for close to two decades. Dave found me an excellent matching alternative that seamlessly blended with old. I was around while his crew worked and they were a conscientious hard-working group. They also did a really nice job with cleanup. In closing, last week when it began to pour I took comfort in knowing the job was done right - water tight - and that Canyon would be around for years to service me should I ever encounter any challenges.

Due to this, I was very nervous about hiring a contractor that would be detail-orientated. I found what I was looking for. Aldifo was meticulous and efficient. Danny took the time to extensively research the venting calculations for the roof to ensure the optimal conditions for the product. I really can't say enough about this company but I am a very demanding client and they responded positively the entire time. It wasn't an emergency so Paul came over a few days later. He got up on my roof repaired a couple of places he thought could be the source of my problem. He sprayed water on if for a while and no water came through so I think he did the job! When I asked him what I owed him he said there was no charge. Where do you get that kind of service these days? I mean most people in the service arena charge for a trip charge on top of their labor and parts. He didn't charge for the caulking, travel or time. I fully expected a hard sell on needing a new roof but that didn't happen. I asked Paul how the roof was holding up and he said I probably had a couple of years left in it. He even told me that I could take the replacement in portions so as to avoid a major financial hit all at once when the time came. I am so impressed with dry roofing that I will be calling them for the new installation a couple of years down the road. If you want a trustworthy company, I strongly suggest Dry Plus Roofing. They go the extra mile, a rare thing indeed!
