The plumber left the bathroom very untidy. The technician cut off the faucette in order to change the cartridge. He did not notify me that he was cutting off the faucette. He replaced it with one that did not match in size or color. We were left with no hot water and a shower handle that is not attached. It came off the moment I tried to turn on the shower. I would not recommend. Action plumber does not return any calls. The people who answers the phone claims to be the answering service and will only return the calls that are requesting service. Superior earned their name when they called back 15 minutes after I reached dispatch...meanwhile No action from Action, who was referred to me by my roommate's employer who uses them for their businesss....called at 11:50pm....twice....last call at 12:20am....still sitting in an 80 degree house with a 12 year-old pet--after dismissing the callback from Superior because I was referred to Action, thinking I would get the 24/7 service call needed to resolve a leaking HVAC unit...clearly, action and 24/7 are not truly delivered as their name and ads state.... read more

Action plumbing showed up exactly on time and gave me a reasonable estimate for the required work. The plumber quickly located and repaired on leak in an irrigation pipe. He located the second leak but after hours of work, could not reach it because of pavement. He did not charge for that work. He left the work area clean. I called them to come to my residence for a sewage backup. I live about 45 minutes away but they were very prompt. They went above and beyond to help us. Kip was the plumber and he was super nice and informative. I trusted everything he suggested. I was so thankful they came out that day. He was at our house until 7pm working to fix the problem. I will never use any other company again. Prices were fair and reasonable. Before he did anything he made sure I knew the cost upfront. I recommend this company to anyone. This company sent a young man out here to repair my master bathtub faucets. He first quoted me $200.+ for the entire job. He then came back and said he had bad news. He would have to cut a hole into the towel cabinet and replace some plumbing, and it would be $500+ dollars. My fiancé and I said, okay, do what you have to do. After he had cut the hole and removed the faucets he came in to the family room and asked me to ask my fiancé to come out as it was making him nervous that he was watching, and told me he was in his way, which he was not at all, and a person has a right to see what's done in his fiancé's home. At one point he even asked my fiancé to turn the handle at the sink, one way, then another, and the handle broke. My fiancé asked him if that would be included in his bill, and he stated no, you will have to pay for that, which really upset my fiancé. There was no yelling, just a bit of a discussion. The man called his supervisor, gathered his tools and left my bathroom with a hole in the wall, no bathtub faucets and no water in my home!!! This is poor business and Unacceptable!!!! read more

I had a few plumbing items that were noted by the home inspectors when I bought my house. So I called Action Plumbing to get an appointment for estimates. It was easy to make an appointment and Kip the Plumber showed up on time. He looked at everything and then provided detailed, written courses of action and reasonable estimates for each item. He took the time to explain things to me. For several items he gave me options and the pros/cons of the options and even said if it were his house what he would do (which was usually the cheaper option!). I made an appointment with Action Plumbing to come to my house and replace the faucet and shower head in my guest bathroom. The appointment was set for 4-6 pm. They called me and told me that the plumber could come any time from 2-6. I said that I would be at home so that would be okay. At 5:45 the plumber came. He did not know what I wanted and said that he was not told to bring the equipment needed to install. They had called him at the last minute when the person who was supposed to come was tied up on another job. This visit cost me $80.
