I lost a $99 Telo drone, caught in a branch that I didn't see on the live video. I came back the next evening and I couldn't find it anywhere. Excavation Point person told my contractor staff on site that next day that they found a drone. Excavation point doesn't have my contact information or who I am so they told the contractor about it, put it in a safe and waterproof location on the job site. I came back again to my lot but this time during the day and the contractor asked if I was missing a drone - I said YES. He went into that pedestal where you keep permits and other paperwork and handed me my missing drone that I lost a couple days before. I lost it when I hit a branch without seeing that one branch it on the camera, one loan branch sticking out further than others and it got stuck. I couldn't find it the next day, but your company found it. HONEST employees. But most important thing is they did an excellent job. I would recommend them. Serious attitude problem. No people skills. They reply with one word emails, like you are their dog…read moreobeying a command. They act like they are doing you a favor and are being put out of their way by charging you $30 more per load than anyone else. If they do decide to grace with their presence, they want you to be able to adjust your schedule at the drop of a dime, because their time is obviously more important than yours. Lessons in manners and customer service are very much needed.
