They also did not measure the underside of the range and the range they ordered was too small for the receptacle, they fabricated a fitted retainer of extremely low quality with sharp edges and gaps. Forget that it took them over a month from when contacted to arrive and then and additional two days to install. We contacted 7M four times within that month and only returned a call when at the door for installation. During the two days it took for installation they decided to leave all their tools in our kitchen and left exposed live wires in the work area. $800 for the installation, for a grand total of $1,407 after tax and a disclaimer on the bill that states: "Any expenses of andy unforeseen issues found after the initial repair or installation of the original quote will be added as additional work upon the customers approval." I feel like I've been robbed

One way heating and cooling saved the day. My mom is elderly and has dementia. The woman I spoke with on the phone asked if she was elderly, and I said yes and instead of having to wait two weeks like every other place, I called they squeezed her in. Thankfully it was a fairly quick fix and she's now got air conditioning again. I can't recommend them enough not just for the quick speed of their work but for the customer service they offered. I asked this company to be with me and they have honesty been looking out for them self and just about money for them. My experience with Suntech has not been the best. If you are looking for a team that will keep you informed of everything every step of the way, Suntech Solitons is NOT the team. I was never told when the solar panels were going to be installed, the installer and his team arrived to my house unexpectedly. I also financed the HVAC system with them but was also never kept in the loop as to when the installer would come to my house to get measurements. The HVAC system that we had discussed that I wanted was not the system that the installer showed up with. I ended getting the split system after talking to the tech and also do to the system I was originally wanting being over the budget we had agreed on. Do to the lack of communication and me not getting the HVAC system I originally wanted I asked for an explanation of expenses, that I have yet to receive. I was also never shown how to use the solar edge app. I hope this info helps other individuals, before you do anything with Suntech have it in writing and just know that you will have to be on top of the team constantly to keep you in the loop of what is going on and be prepared to have technicians/installers come to your house without you expecting them. Get the numbers of the team leads so if you have issues you have a point of contact.
