They made sure to send me a proof before the event, and it looked great! I worked with Stefan, who is the absolute sweetest. He was very personable and kind, and got everything set up very quickly. He made sure the guests knew how it worked, and then he went off-site during the event and told me to give him a ring if anything happened - we did have a slight problem, and I called him to let him know. He was back within 5 minutes and got the booth back up and running (it was something super minor). Another extra mile from Stefan - I TOTALLY forgot the photobooth backdrop and instantly panicked because the venue wasn't exactly set up for a nice background for photos. Luckily for me, Stefan was prepared. He had two backdrops in his van and let me choose, and didn't charge me anything extra for my mistake. I really appreciated him saving the day like that! I can't tell you how many different photo booth companies I've called, or how many e-mails from…read moremultiple places I've received, but I'm so glad that I got an e-mail from SPB that started off with: "Dear Awesome Person Reading This," an opening line that totally caught my attention! They also had an offer to book 4hrs before a certain day and add an additional hour at no cost. Um yes, please! I looked at their easy to navigate website, read their Yelp reviews and decided to give them a call. I worked with Kara regarding billing and Matt for everything else. I was e-mailed a proposal, which included a payment date to for down payment and another payment one month before our wedding for the remaining balance. My package was 5 hour photo booth, unlimited prints and an option for guests to record a video message for us. A little while before the wedding, Matt sent me a photo strip proof and said to let him know if I wanted any changes. Within a couple e-mail exchanges, I had the exact layout, font, background and border I wanted for our pictures! Matt confirmed me with me throughout the last few days leading up to our wedding day, as well as the morning of to let me know when he would start setting up. We agreed that he would show up at 3:30pm, but he was there early and even spotted me to let me know that everything was set and if anyone wanted to test it out and take a couple pictures before our ceremony started (which was at 3!) It was nice to know he was there early and was ready to go before we even started. The line for the photo booth was busy all night! We had about 300 guests! One thing that was kind of sucky was that it was so loud with all our guests, music, laughing, etc so recording a message wouldn't be the best idea. I was kind of upset that I added that to the package since we wouldn't be able to hear anyone anyways...little did I know, Matt had something up his sleeve! I personally think the photo booth was there for longer than 5 hours, then again I did have a couple drinks so don't quote me on that! As Matt was leaving, he gave me a flash drive that included everyone's videos and pictures (both individual shots and as printed on each strip.) 10 days after our wedding, I got an e-mail from him which ended up being such a cute video they put together of all the messages/dance videos our guests left us!
