Excellent work, very fast response to my call on shorted out GFI. Kim Jennings was here within 30 minutes, found the issue, showed us, fixed it, and checked the other plugs on that circuit. This is the fine level of work of Kim Jennings of Action Electric. His craftsmanship and knowledge are clear in this photos of the exposed wires, wrongfully connected conduit and drill holes in the building, he even did this work without the consent of the owners! He then adamantly refused to correct the issue and stands behind this level of "not to code" standards. Companies such as his, should be reported, and have been reported, along with Action Electrics business permits and license. The next review of this business will say " permanently closed" read more

I'm not really sure how you can fail so miserably. This company has failed on three attempts to make the repairs requested. They have even gone so far as to bill for repairs that were never done. These repairs were not even started. I've been told by people that the owner is a "good old boy and he'll make good on his promises". So far I'm not seeing it. Whether he is overbooked or overstretched is not my concern. There should be some form of communication and definitely he should not bill for work that has not been completed, let alone started. read more

I had an appointment for them to come to my home two days. Both days no one showed up or had the decency to call. The second day I called at 9:00 am. They sounded like they didn't know I was on the schedule and said someone would call later that day when they were on their way. I called again at 2:00 and was told the same thing. I called at 4:15 (they said they close at 4:30) and was told they would not be out that day. Never doing business with them again. read more

Appointment for a Friday at 11:00 a.m. After calling numerous times to see when showing up-never did! Don't bother making appointment- they wont show. Well we were gullible enough to try one more time. Made another appointment for a Thursday at 8 a.m. and at 9:30 still no call or show- SO WE WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND. read more

Everyone kept telling me to not bother with Action Electric and that they were horrible to work with. I wish I had listened. A guy came out to see what work I needed done and told me their secretary would call and schedule something with me. No call ever came, I guess they didn't want my business. read more
