They always treated us fairly and got our pet in when they needed it most. If they couldn't provide a service, they knew where to recommend us and it wasn't always TAMU Small Animal Clinic - as we had a few special procedures we needed to get done over the many years. After 16 years we recently lost our beloved cat and they helped with all of the arrangements and such. While we are not yet ready to find another pet to adopt us as a family, we will, without a doubt, be taking our new pet someday to Lovan Care for whatever needs our pet may have. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I didn't know enough about different haircuts, I asked for a "Teddy bear" cut, his hair had never been cut so I was expecting a significant clean up (change). For $65 it was hard to see what had been done (I don't think he even got a bath), what you could see was cut was not blended and crooked. I just figured that was from him being wiggly and difficult to work on. I moved on with what I wanted to do for my puppy, I asked for a trainer's name or number. I was given a card with an email address on it, it was "Cameron's account and she'd get back to me" and the receptionist didn't have any more time to help me. Truthfully, I wanted this to be a perfect match, my dog is going to require being shaved from time to time, he's a puppy, I asked about training for him (and I have another small dog) so I could get help while he was young training all of us to make a more peaceful home. We live nearby, it was easy access, our vet is Wellborn and we just love Dr. Gordon. Maybe I missed her reply in my junk mail, but I check it pretty thourghly and didn't see one It's just disappointing, I wanted to spend money for a happy transition for my new pup, to learn new skills as a pet owner, I feel like my business wasn't important to them. P.S. I live close enough that I can hear dogs in their kennels barking all night long, it makes me sad for them. He sent pictures daily and was very accommodating when we needed to change our drop off/pick up schedule. I have NO hesitation about using them again. In fact, I have already booked my next time when we will be visiting over the holidays. Can not say enough about how reassuring it is to know that she is treated so well at Salty Dog Pet Services!!!!

Very thankful Lucky Paws. They have been incredibly helpful with my dog who recently became…read moremedically sensitive. I feel at ease knowing that they take great care of him with his potty breaks and pills. One day, I had something come up last minute and they were able to stop by and let him out to potty with minimal notice. The employees always leave a detailed note and I can tell my dog loves having his "friends" over even for a quick visit. I am extremely grateful for Lucky Paws.

Dr. Rider was great. He took time to explain everything & recommend possible treatments. One of my cats had a UTI, so we were prescribed medicine after testing. The overall cost with the wellness packages for both cats & additional UTI testing with meds was not cheap, but the value of the service received was well worth it, in my opinion.

We have been coming here the last few years as it is close to our home. However, today they…read moredisplayed they don't care if you go elsewhere. I literally had the office manager tell me since I didn't like that they were making me pay an extra $84 to be seen just to get a refill that I am free to go elsewhere. Then, when I said so you don't care about keeping the customer, she shrugged her shoulders. There are so many other ways this could've been handled today. If you ever have a problem, they will not try to retain you as a customer. There is also very limited parking and today when we showed up for the visit there was a truck blocking the few spots that were available. If they want to actually show they care in the response below and/or comp our visit today, then I will consider changing my review, but after the way I was treated today, I am not expecting much. In addition, knowing time was of the essence as my pet was in pain, they did not call in my prescription leaving me to have to go do everything on my own even though I confirmed on the phone when making the appointment which pharmacy that I use. This makes my pet who is in pain have to wait even longer for her prescription. Calling in the prescription would've been the least they could do. If you ever have any issues, they don't care if they lose you to another vet proving they don't care about the human customer or the animal customer.

He was trained for not only diabetic alert but also for PTSD and anxiety and has done a phenomenal job. Without Nancy and Terry, there is no way I could have gotten a dog as amazing as Buddy, no matter what program or trainer I chose. These two train amazing dogs and I am forever grateful for them. We're now two years in together and Buddy has saved my life more than once. I'm so happy to have Buddy and can't imagine what my life would be like without him.

They weren't pushy for specific tests but whatever we needed to make the best decision for our pet. They provided a variety of options and let us choose. The doctor had to step out for an emergency at one point and other staff checked on us- I don't think we were ever left for more than 20 min. if that. When it was time to put her down, the doctor and other staff were so kind and personable. Don't let the $500 deposit scare you off- they refund what is not needed and they apply it to whatever costs there are. It is worth their availability, thorough care, sweet bedside manner.
