Pulled the rubber bedliner out to hose it down, but my money in the machine to start the process, and began sudzing the truck and bedliner up. Then I went to high pressure wash and it just spurted in short bursts, mostly just giving the pressure equivalent of a spot free rinse. It wasn't even enough to wash the suds off the vehicle lol.. Well anyway, my hands were black from the bedliner mat so I went to get a towel to wipe my hands on. The thing ate my money. No forms available to get a refund and the voicemailbox was full for at least 3 days after this incident. This place will never see my business again. I was only out maybe $5 with a TON of frustration, but am happy to relay my story. I was only here because I was looking for information on a detailer nearby. I figured while I'm on yelp and see this business listed, it's a good time to go ahead and report it :) 8/26 update: Crap.. I have to eat my words some now. I just received reimbursement in the mail...postmarked before I wrote this. They do follow through with reimbursing so I have to add 1 to rating and give them kudos for that. I guess to play devil's advocate, they probably had a lot of issues with malfunctioning equipment at that time. Maybe just one guy maintains it and was on vacation at the time. I don't know, but at least I got my money back.

UPDATE: Well, Jack is definitely a man of his word, I received the replacement parts today to completely cover the issue and then some, you can't ask for more than that. We have a mutual friend that suggested them. Not only was the quality spot on, but the price was much better than any of the other places I called. My truck is for personal use and a work truck, I'm in construction and the inside and outside take a beating. Joe polished the h*ll outta that truck. I really didn't expect the results he got. The paint is perfect and it's black paint. they really went above and beyond expectations. So much, that I gave them a $150 tip! And they are coming back to put a ceramic coating on and do my girls car.

However there is something that is off putting (at least for me) when a person keeps talking about price as if that is the deciding factor when making a purchase. I personally dont like to shop on price because if there is ever a concern when the job is complete, the person will say, well you got this discounted price or I knocked off so much in price for you so.... Anyway, I came to Yelp to share my experience because as you can see from the picture as soon as he commented he then blocked me which is why my response showing him he did quote a price and my response shows as sending..... I normally would not care to write a review, I dont even have a yelp account, I had to use a friends account to write this.... however I just felt that people should be aware of the type person that you would be interacting with and to be careful. Simply because if a person can go from 0-100 this quickly over a person telling them they dont want to talk about price, imagine if you had a concern about the work that was done, how he might respond...and since it is mobile detailing ...this person would know where you live/work.
