I have a 2024 Nissan Rogue SV and never had any encounter with an accident on my windshield or the vehicle. I am here to let everyone know that the service department is very careless and will not own up to their mistakes. I would advise people to please go elsewhere to get their vehicle serviced because if anything happens to your vehicle under their care they will not own up to it now I have to get my windshield replaced because of them. They stated to him there were more issues. My son stated that he wanted to wait on the work. Then, Steven Ware told him he owed $223 for a diagnosis. This diagnosis was NOT present on the quote nor was he made aware of the fees he would be charged for a quote! Steven Ware admitted to me via phone that he did NOT make them aware of the $223 fees to simply give a quote! My family has been purchasing vehicles from Cannon for years, but we will NO longer be trading or making vehicle purchases with them! MS Cadillac Dealership with banging noise in engine on January 22, 2025. Initial diagnosis from service was leaking oil seals and needed recall. After weeks they replaced seals and then stated enigine failed compression test and a new engine was needed. A week later they stated just one cylinder needed to be replaced. A week later stated needed engine head and cylinder replaced. Then started the it will be ready on Monday. Then later stated was waiting on bolts. And two weeks ago stated bolts came in but they had to get the work done and car put back together. 51 days later and still no car still in service department at OXford Cadillac. They always stated they do not do loaners. Contacted GM 30 days ago and opened a case (88917141). Still no help. If these guys could not diagnose and or fix a Cadillac warranty issue why are they a dealership? The troadside service gives us to choice - they tow to nearest Cadillac Dealership. Communication is only when I call and call, leave messages (not returned) and call again. Original Service guy was finally replaced last week with Jordan who assured me she would call be most likely on Saturday March 7th as she was working and they were having the maintenance tech work on Saturday to get the car done. Another 3 days, left messages, no return and still no car. You expect when you buy a new car if it does have issues the warranty and the dealership assigned to carry out the warranty work will comply and communicate. Again currently at 51 days straight in service and no car and poor almost non existent communication. Love the Michael J. Cannon commercials for his dealerships - maybe he should focus some of that time to ensure they are being operated within Cadillac Guidelines.

I thought we were going to be stuck there over the July 4th weekend with no car dealers, car rental places, or repair shops available. But I called Deal's on the morning of the 4th, and explained the situation, and not only were they open, they were able to see me right away and check out the car, despite it being a national holiday. Fortunately, it was a minor problem and they were able to fix it and reassure me. They only charged me a small fee and I was on my way, and the car was fine the rest of the trip! Road trip saved. I really can't thank these guys enough; they restored my faith in humanity.
