Hi All. Just want to be sure to put the word out... Acta America is the real deal. My experience, start to finish to secure my Mexican citizenship, with passport in hand & INE credential on order, was just under 3 weeks! This included priority home delivery of my printed official & certified Mexican birth certificate & CURP! Berenice and her team were amazing to work with. Timely communications, extremely attentive, engaged and very professional. Acta America knew what to ask me, then leverage their Mexican resources and get me to the finish line frighteningly fast. I was not really looking forward to this process, and I give Acta America all the credit for making this process so painless. Less than 3 weeks for me to have my passport in hand! Heads up though, you need to be able to keep up with Berenice and her team! They move quickly so make sure that you are being responsive to any and all information requests. Lastly, what you all really want to know...Yes, amazing rates, with transparent pricing that deliver tremendous value. They will surely save you many hours of running around lost like some kid at a brand-new school. Berenice was able to register my grandfather, my father, my brother, and me as Mexican citizens through my great-grandfather. Each person took less than a month to register. The price was affordable and Berenice was very responsive. She was also able to quickly get me a modern official certificate of my grandfather's old handwritten birth registration from the civil registry. I used Acta America for the dual citizenship process. Berenice and her team are stellar! They will take time to answer your questions, and they explain the process and what you can expect if you decide to hire them. I was also considering DNExpress at the time, but their responsiveness can be delayed at bit at times (probably due to the volume of work that they have). I'm glad that I ultimately went with Berenice and her team! I highly recommend them if you are considering using their services for the dual citizenship process. Gracias Berenice! read more

Berenice's service exceeded my expectations, and I am so very grateful!! I live in San Diego, and needed a certified copy of my birth certificate from Guaymas. I'd been to the San Diego Mexican consulate three times, but because my document had never been uploaded into the digital system, they couldn't help. I'd tried calling/ emailing the Sonora registro civil several times with no response. I found Acta America through an online search, but wasn't sure they could help me until I got in contact with Berenice. She sprang into action, and a month later I received my certified copies!! I cried tears of joy, I was so relieved to finally have those documents. Heartfelt thanks to Berenice and Acta America!! read more

I highly recommend this company and Berenice was amazing to work with ! After trying to recover my marriage certificate from 1993 with absolutely no success from any Source on the Internet or the embassy in the US, I stumbled on Acti-America. I purchased an order online to recover my Mexican marriage license. I was immediately contacted by Berenice who works out of Juarez and El Paso. I have a total of 41 emails we exchanged trying to get the right information for the marriage certificate because evidently it doesn't go by the marriage date but when the license was pulled, so it was two days prior to what I thought my anniversary was. Yet she had people in Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas sifting through all the convoluted records until they finally found my marriage certificate. This was hugely important to me because I needed it to draw Social Security. The communication was Swift through email and I don't think I waited more than an hour for her reply on anyting. She was wonderful this company is wonderful and I will make sure and tell people about them and use them again should I have the need! read more

In just over a week, Berenice let me know that she had the document and apostille in hand and would send it out ASAP. I am thrilled beyond words and would highly recommend Berenice and Acta America. I had attempted to locate my birth certificate from the Mexican Consulate in Santa Ana Calif on several occasions. Each time I was told they could not locate my Doc in Tijuana Baja California. I finally, reluctantly contacted ACTA and gave Berenice the details. Within 24 hours, she contacted me by phone and email to inform me that her agent had located my Doc, which included several mistakes, explaining why the Consulate was not able to find it. I had contacted ACTA on a Tuesday, received my DOC by Saturday, and was issued my Mexican Passport the following Tuesday!! I should have started with ACTA from the get-go. Thank You ACTA AMERICA for delivering on the promise. O M in California read more

The Service this Company Provides is Phenomenal. I'm in the process of obtaining my Mexican Credentials and so I needed a current and up to date Birth Cert that shows my CURP number. My old one from 1975 didn't provide this info. With that being said I was pretty skeptical of these online providers; however, that all changed after having ordered my Birth Cert through Berenice at "Acta America". I placed my order on July 9th and it was delivered Today (07/11/2019) with the exception that I paid extra for expedited delivery. Now if you don't find this to be of an excellence service then You have some high standards my friend. lol. Berenice was very helpful with all questions as well as professional. I cannot express my gratitude for the work performed by Berenice. My wife and I were at our wits end trying to deal with the bureaucracy in Mexico. We spent over a year trying to find someone who could navigate the red tape. Attorneys were happy to take a $1500 USD retainer to investigate with no assurance of success. Trying to deal with the Mexican consulates in the US was laughable. Berenice had the documents we needed in days and for a very reasonable fee. I will use her company again for sure. She's amazing. read more

Great company and experience.....I was looking to obtain a copy of my Mexican Birth certificate and came across the website for Acta America. I spoke to the owner (Berenice), who was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Berenice guided me through the whole quick process and she emailed me with updates on the progress. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and glad I did not have to deal with the long lines and wait at the Mexican Consulate. The Acta America price was straightforward and low, compared to another website I contacted that advertised a low price and then wanted to charge me an additional $50.00 in postage/mailing fee's. read more

I called the 888 toll-free number today about 5 times and each time it rang about 10 times. Finally, on the 5th time someone answered who only spoke Spanish; she gave the phone to Berenice, who I believe is the owner. I asked Berenice if they could help me get a death certificate from a state in Mexico. She said that they could. Since I was going to send them money for services and I had never heard of her company, I asked if she could tell me about her company--like how long they had been in business, how many employees they had, how many locations they had. She became upset and said that I could order the death certificate on line and that If I did like that, then I should contact another company. read more
