Had an enjoyable time at the opening night for Dogfight. Kudos to the cast and crew - y'all did an outstanding job.

Parking was easy: $10 card only. There was an open bar on the ground floor with drinks and snacks. AND every seat was a good seat. This time I chose center balcony first row. I DO NOT recommend it. While the view is nice, there is a wooden railing across the front that obscures your view. So you have to lean forward to see the stage. I would choose the second row balcony, wing seats will be my first choice next time. The performer called the people upstairs down to sit in the empty seats and the view was even better from the floor. The acoustics were awesome and it was a great event.

No signage regarding parking available or nearby . Parked in a bank parking lot. Discovered later they had a parking lot (free w attendee voucher) under the venue. No parking signage visible as I said. When inside the festival volunteers were very helpful getting us to the seats. The venue is impressive! Multi-tiered balconies. Would have taken some pics if I hadn't left phone in the car. Can't imagine there's a bad seat in the house. We were about 15 rows back from the screen n everything was very comfortable, seats and sound. Enjoyed the knowledgeable interview of the filmmaker/subject of the film "Parting the Waters" after the screening. 4 stars because of lack of parking signage. 5 for the venue itself.

All parking spots were identified with a red or green light to easily spot open availability. Upon arriving to the theatre, we easily walked through security before attendants scanned our tickets. **I will note this could be more efficient and less of a bottleneck. Either security needs to be more out front, further spaced away from ticket scanning or tickets could be scanned before security. This was our first time here. Attendants were available just past ticketing, at all theatre door entrances and at the top and bottom of the stairs. Their guidance and directions to find our seats was really appreciated. The theatre was great. We sat in orchestra Row F Seats 117/118. The seats were comfortable and spacious, with cupholders in front of each seat. I'm petite at 5'1" - I normally feel crammed in most theatres when the seats are so close you are physically touching your neighbor (someone you don't know). We attended History That Doesn't Suck. The audio, lighting and video were all spot on.

The ushers were very friendly. There is $10 parking in a large garage. We were there to see my student Nolan Waters in Ragtime. He and the rest of the cast were fantastic. I was very impressed with their voices and acting. The set was very professional and creative. The ease of parking and the availability of restaurants near the theater make it very appealing, even for an ITP person. I will be back for another show.

It's great that this piece of history will continue on as it has for the past almost 100 years! I'm so glad I got tickets to see a performance here because the experience was great. I definitely will have to keep my eye out for other shows to catch. Surprisingly, security was fast. It took me maybe a minute to get through and scan my ticket. Staff was friendly and really helpful. They check tickets for seats before directing you to another member that will guide you to your seat. My friend and I came to see Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and it was amazing! I believe they stopped by Atlanta last year, and I'm glad that they returned. According to the program, each day had some differences as to what was performed, and I considered going again just to see the other dances. Truly talented people come to perform, and it's so great that Fox is here as a venue for them to showcase their talents.

Pros: -The Box Office opens several hours before the shows (this provides an opportunity to upgrade seats). -The security at The Fox is bar none! They manage the lines and quickly move the crown through the scans. -Staff is vey friendly, welcoming and super helpful. - Food options are pretty good (although pricey). -Upstairs sound quality is great. Cons: -The Box Office staff is super slow and there are no line markers to separate Box Office/Will Call from the window for Season Ticket holders. -On the Orchestra floor, the sound quality is hit or miss depending on where you sit. Tip: Avoid double letters on the left and right if you can. - Exiting the theater through side doors can be super dangerous at night. The stairs are step and lighting is limited They should have a sign to warn seniors. Many of them were having difficulty getting down.
